Välkommen till detta parhus byggt 2020 belägget på Klockarfjäll/ Vemdalskalet. Huset har bra gemensamhetsytor där man kan umgås. Fönster och stor balkong i sydvästläge med utsikt över fjällen där solen lyser från lunch till sen eftermiddag/kväll. Huset är på 60 kvm och har de bekvämligheter man kan önska med modern inredning, bastu och kamin. Aktiviteter finns utanför dörren, pulkabacke, 3 min till skidbacken och till längdskidspår och 5 min promenad till afterski/restauranger i skalpasset.

Fantastisk fjällstuga med två våningar, tot 100 kvm, för 6 pers i unika Tottens by; Åres absolut bästa läge med vidunderlig utsikt! Tottens byväg är Åres äldsta bydel och är en idyll endast 10 min gångväg från Åre centrum där det finns ett stort utbud av resaturanger, mat och klädaffärer, systembolag, cafeer mm. Endast 5 min gångväg till Tottliften där du kommer in i hela Åres skidsystem. Fina vandringsleder i närheten och Åreskutan ligger precis bakom huset! Rymlig bastu och stor öppen spis!

Charmigt gammalt hus i vackra Grimnäs som ligger vid Revsundssjön. Huset är modernt men som alla gamla hus har det sina skönhetsfel. Huset ger en härlig hemkänsla med sina 100 kvadrat. Fiske sommar o vintertid, skidåkning och cykling finns runt hörnet. Bra som bas för utflykter både vinter som sommartid. Om man inte bara vill njuta av lugnet och den fina utsikten. Fin uteplats med stor gräsmatta finns på baksidan. Stamfastigheten ligger på samma gård. Katt har funnits i hemmet.
