In the immediate area you can take mountain trips, visit the great beach as well as sand volleyball and tennis court at Hjellvik, 2 km away. A 14 foot plastic boat from 2021 with new 6 hp located in the jetty 400 meters from the house is included in the rent. There are also 2 bikes that are located in the basement. Osterøy is a great starting point for nice mountain hikes. Tirevollfjellet at 303 meters above sea level, is a 1 hour walk from the door.

In this place you can find peace for both body and soul. The apartment is located in a peaceful spot on Osterøy, without noise and engine noise. From the apartment you have a sea view of the beautiful Osterfjorden, and can enjoy the sunset from a cozy garden right outside the entrance. Parts of the apartment are brand new (June 25) and appear both practical and homey. There is a short walking distance to mountain trips, swimming beach and sports facilities. Det er 50 min til Flesland flyplass.Alver har en unik natur med mange fine turmuligheter for både små og store.Huset har en seperat utleiedel som er langtidsutleigd.
