Charming house with an open and large living room that is perfect for relaxing, working or for family. The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.

Enjoy the tranquility of this cozy farmhouse in a restful courtyard overlooking the garden and house. Nice older residential area with beaches, small harbor and beautiful walking paths. In winter, an ice road is plowed around the cape, which is used extensively by flanors, skaters and joggers. A comfortable accommodation with central Luleå's cultural and restaurant offerings, beaches, ice road, fireplaces, walking paths, park, museum, grocery store within 10 minutes walking distance.

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. The sea cottage

Welcome to Fisherman`s Cottage by the Luleå Bay in beautiful woods with a private beach. 12 km from Town Center, 4 km from Luleå Airport and 100 Km south of the arctic circle. Location in a habitat visited by some forty bird species which 15 regularly breeding, e.g. European Hobby, raven, various woodpeckers, terns, waterfowl and sandpiper. Occasionall visits by moose, seal, trout - and we have even had bear and reindeer in front of our cottages.
