The guest house is surrounded by a lovely garden where you can relax from the big city bustle, enjoy the greenery, socialize or just listen to birdsong. Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Denna lilla studiolägenhet (16 kvm - 1 rum med duschrum och kokvrå) ligger på Nobeltorget nära Folkets Park. Endast tio minuter med buss från centralstationen och 20 min promenad till downtown. Citycyklar och tre olika busslinjer utanför huset! Du får tillgång till en lummig trädgård med grillplats, ett lusthus och du kan till och med unna dig en avslappnande och rogivande stund i vår relaxavdelning med bastu, bubbelpool & massagefåtölj. A complete guesthouse just for you. Here you will find your very own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen complete with stove and fridge/freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a queen size bed. The guest house is right next to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. We are usually close by if you have any questions or want tips regarding the surroundings.

Du har en egen entré och en hel våning bara för dig/er själv/själva. En mataffär finns bara 4 minuters gångväg bort. Du har nära till centrum.. Bara 10 minuter med buss till Värnhem, därifrån 4 minuter till Malmö Centralstation. Till Triangeln tar det ca 15 minuter.

The nearest train station is in V Ingelstad, about 3 km from here. Convenience store is in nearby V Ingelstad about 3 km, larger store in Oxie about 3 km. Car charger is available, let us know if you want to charge fee of SEK 3.50/kWh is to be paid directly to the host.
