Our apartment has been recently renovated (04/2022) and offers all you are looking for. It's ideally located on the "zeedijk" or "the dike" on the 7th floor (elevator is present!). Fully and over-equipped kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, 2 bedrooms, an underground parking space,... Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

Relax in a peaceful cocoon in the middle of the city. Enjoy the view of the marina on the (sunny) terrace. Wake up with sea views on the balcony in the bedroom. The best moment of the day when I lived there was getting up with a cup of coffee on the terrace in the sun. Just lovely! The station is a 2-minute walk away. You can rent bikes there. Free parking: 'Maria-Hendrikapark' parking on the outskirts, 10 minutes' walking distance. Apart from tourist tax, there are no extra fees.

The sun shines on the terrace in good weather from noon. The completely renovated studio with open kitchen - including electrical appliances and sleeping accommodation is practical and cozily furnished. To enjoy! Experience the grandeur of Ostend by staying in one of the most beautiful apartments of the interwar period. The residence is the most beautiful example of modernist architecture of the late 1930s. Residence Marie-José is located in the most iconic location of Ostend, right opposite the famous Hotel Du Parc and a few steps from the sea. The iconic corner building from 1939 is a protected monument in exceptionally good condition, which still appeals to the imagination.
