This is our home, a small village near Koper(7 min by car away) in the heart of Istria. Surrounded by forests, vineyards, Tinjan hill with so many trekking tours that start just behind our house, climbing rock walls, a river Rižana and the Parencana cycling road, that brings you to Triest, Koper, Portorož...Poreč. In Dekani we have excellent wines, olive oils and restaurants that you can visit and taste. We made this apartment like we will live in because we want you feel comfortable and relax.

Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u rustikalnom stilu s velikom terasom i dvorištem koja gleda na Motovun i dolinu te unutarnjim kaminom. Dvije prekrasne spavaće sobe s pogledom i dva kupatila te potpuno namještenu kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, besplatan wifi , smart tv sa satelitskom antenom dva klima uređaja, vanjski roštilj i fire pit. Udaljeni smo od mora i plaže svega 20minuta. Obližnji prekrasni stari gradovi Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj udaljeni su 5-15minuta te staza 7 slapova 15min.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Karin's place is wonderful - everything is clean and comfortable, and the location is very good. It was a great base both for exploring the tourist sites and getting to know more local spots. Karin is super nice and friendly; I felt very welcomed and enjoyed chatting with her whenever I saw her around! I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

Ik was maar één nachtje in het appartement van Iztok, maar alles was heel comfortabel. Brandschoon en alles is aanwezig! Behalve dan een restaurant in de directe omgeving dat open was. Omdat ik te voet was (Slovenian Mountain Trail) bracht Iztok een heerlijke pasta voor me mee. Wat een superservice!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem kleinen Häuschen: genug Platz für alle, und es gab alles, was man braucht. Auch das Dorf ist sehr schön und man ist mitten in der Natur und hat seine Ruhe. Gleichzeitig kann man dort aus alle Ausflugsziele bequem erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sonja ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die viele Empfehlungen bereit hält und sehr nett auf Familien mit Kindern eingeht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und eignet sich daher perfekt, um die gesamte Küste und das Hinterland zu erkunden. Auf der Terasse kann man sehr gut draußen sitzen und die Kinder können im Garten vor dem Haus spielen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden gerne eines Tages wiederkommen!
