Spectacular apartment, airy, clean, tidy, a wonderful balcony. Very central top location... we put the car in the garage without having to worry about taking it off for anything... because it's all close... shops, bakeries, markets, pharmacy... all on hand! Renato an amazing person, attentive, friendly always willing to help us, nice people.... The apartment is worth it in every way. Congratulations Renato for all the dedication because it transforms the rest... makes everything much more pleasant!!!

Amazing apto, super well-equipped, organized, spacious, airy, with a beautiful view of the city. Marido highly praised the barbecue. Modern TVs, super cozy rooms, including the beds and towels. Dispunha beach chairs and guard suns. Nearby, supermarket, pharmacy, fruit tree, restaurants.Be near the beach. The host was very helpful. We served super well. Clear and transparent communication. Anyway everything perfect. Me and my family recommend it!!

The stay was perfect, the flat is wide,well airy and bright. The well-equipped kitchen, new furniture, smelling bedding,the apartment was very clean. D.Aldaci was super attentive and affectionate with us, answered our questions quickly, if it is necessary to rent again, we will definitely look for it.

Wonderful place, one of the best houses on the north coast of RS, all clean and organized, very welcoming to the host even offering us chekin in advance of 1 day at no extra cost but we were unable to take advantage of this gift offered... very large and friendly place, the only thing that could be added was heating in the pool, but in our stay it did not have to because it was very hot every day but for a few days here in the RS until the summer the pool heating is interesting but nothing to discredit the great house a real mansion. Great place to enjoy with friends and or with large family…

We loved staying at Sandra's house. The house is fully complete, very comfortable, clean and organized. We were delighted with the house, the location is good and it's worth the 10-minute drive to the beach. We will definitely be coming back. Sandra treated us super well, very good communication with her. They are very flexible with both check-in and check-out and that's great.

We spent the Easter holiday. Everything clean, impeccable, the Aurélio always ready to answer. The space is great, the kitchen complete, the pool table, barbecue, living room, everything like the listing and very cozy. Because they are colder days we can not take advantage of the pool and not all the infrastructure that has along the lagoon, so the way will be to come back in the summer to enjoy.

The perfect accommodation, very large, comfortable and pleasant property, worthy of 5 stars. Host always a lot requests and available.
