Only 3 hours from Paris with many famous chateaux in easy driving distance, Stuart and Patrick have created an oasis of calm. Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Welcome to our new home located at "Clos Mylodro", 3 min from the private hospital De Varye (10 min by foot) and 10 min by car from Gare de Bourges. I'm happy to start hosting again! Here is our charming and comfortable apartment, independent of our private house, that can accommodate four people (+ a baby), with covered terrace, garden furniture and private parking (large utility ok). Welcome to this old farmhouse! These buildings are new life thanks to a complete renovation, including the addition of a pool. The bias was to keep as much authentic as possible with the use of noble materials such as beams, tiles, exposed stone walls, oak flooring... Comfort has not been forgotten since you can enjoy a heated swimming pool, air conditioning, a wood burning stove and high-end appliances.

Welcome to Fontenay . Our family castle in the center of Berry region. It is situated at the center of a large estate, close to a peaceful village. The castle itself is surrounded by a pristine 10-hectares park. The island of calm and serinity is an ideal setting for family or friends' reunions, seminars and easely serves as a base to discover our region (see below).
