Ensjøhøyden is a newly established and cozy residential area in the district of Old Oslo. The subway at both Ensjø and Helsfyr as well as the bus will take you to Oslo S in less than 10 minutes! The apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator and consists of 1 bedroom, hallway, living room/kitchen in one and a terrace of 8 sqm with a lovely view of Oslo and the Oslofjord. In addition, there is a sunny roof terrace that can be used if desired. Parking in the street. The apartment is in daily use. Personal items/clothing will be in the apartment.

Stylish loft apartment on the top floor in a trendy, youthful neighborhood with 3 bedrooms, a terrace, and a beautiful view over Oslo. Just 17 minutes to the main train station. The Torshov neighborhood offers many cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, as well as a peaceful park along the river. Torshov is very well connected to the rest of the city by tram, which is just 2 minutes from the apartment.

Centrally located, my place is quiet, bright, secluded - just a few minutes away from hundreds of local cafe's, restaurants, shops and bars. Take a stroll or break into a run along Akerselva river or in the expansive public parks nearby. Walk, bike, scooter, or ride the "trikk" to anywhere - or stay at home with a book in our backyard.

Well-connected to Oslos city centre by metro, bus (20 min) or car. The big window has automatic blinds that go up and down as you please. There is a big shower, and the kitchen has a wine cooler.
