I had the most lovely stay for my last two days in India and Smita was just the kindest host ever! She helped me with everything and gave me advice for local restaurants, places to visit, food delivery - you cannot ask for a better host and the place is just beautiful and quiet, surrounded by palmtree forests and the river: dreamy! Everything was great host was responsive. Some wifi problems but thats outside of the hosts control, hard to get phone data on property. Overall though, it was clean, luxurious and accessible.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jay’s studio! He was very communicative through my stay. The kitchen, solid WIFI and all of the amenities make it good for a longer stay like I had as well. Safe and enjoyable location too. Highly recommend!

The place is in peaceful environment. It is in a village close to beaches to drive in 10minutes. Host was responsive.

This is the first BnB that I have experienced that is better than a 5 Star Hotel

Well, the AC didn’t work properly , despite that I have given 5 stars because of the host. Akanksha is very responsive and sensitive towards the people she is going to host. Overall, the BNB is in a great location and matches the pictures.

Stayed here recently and honestly, it was one of the chillest spots I’ve been to. The place has a proper cozy vibe. The interiors are clean and minimal, with nice marble flooring and a spiral staircase that gives it a cool look. Dining space is small but comfy enough for a group. The rooftop is where it really hits different. We did a BBQ session there — grilled some fish over charcoal, proper smoky, proper desi style. The setup isn’t fancy but it works perfectly if you're with the right people. That raw rooftop feel with a bit of smoke, rain in the background — can't beat that. Also, the view from the top is just green hills all around. Woke up, had chai sitting on those white chairs outside — peaceful AF. Rains had just hit, so everything smelled fresh and the wooden deck looked slick. Only small thing — bring your own stuff for grilling and maybe some mosquito spray at night. I had a great stay at Meena’s Airbnb! The place was really nice—clean, well-maintained, and stocked with a lot of great amenities that made the stay very comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, although there wasn’t much nearby, so it’s best if you have your own transportation or just want a relaxing escape. Overall, a lovely, well-equipped spot hosted by someone thoughtful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

The place was stunning with beautiful balconies in the rooms and a spacious hall. The place was well maintained with good lighting and we had enjoyed our stay. It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.
