We had a wonderful stay at their lodge. The host was incredibly kind, considerate, and welcoming—one of the best we've experienced so far. The place had everything we needed, with plenty of thoughtful amenities. The home was very clean, and we especially enjoyed the cozy basement area. The large yard was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and serene stay!

Perfect location for our weekend away with friends. Close to Luzerne and Grayling, which is where we gathered most often. The house accommodated our group well. Bedrooms had comfortable beds, kitchen was well stocked, and bathrooms were clean with nice linens. The host was very friendly, informative, and responsive to any needs, before, during, and after our stay. She even provided us with S‘mores items which we shared with our friends. If you need a place to stay for your next fishing, snowmobiling, kayaking/canoeing, trip near Mio, MI this place would definitely meet your needs.

Alisha was VERY helpful, communicated very well and quick responses on all questions asked. My crew was in the area restoring power from the terrible ice/snow storm from the prior week. She welcomed us into her home! Thank you again for being able to help us and letting us stay!

We really enjoyed our stay while in Mio. It was so nice to be centrally located for convenience. Host was very responsive, and the home was very well stocked with essentials. Will definitely come stay again.

Myself and family had a wonderful stay. It was so peaceful and beautiful scenery. The place was clean and well stocked. We had a great time on the kayaks and John boat. The hosts were accommodating and there was great communication.

Jeffrey was a great and responsive host! The place was right near a lot of great restaurants and stores downtown Gaylord.

Our stay here was great for our little ski getaway! The house had everything we needed from a fully equipped kitchen, to a cozy living room to lounge in, to large, comfortable bed rooms. We even were able to bring our furry friend along with us. The host was very responsive, friendly, and flexible with check in. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it!

Exactly what we expected for our cross country skiing weekend. Perfect place to stay.

Place was extremely clean and everything as advertised. Communication was smooth. The people above us partied all night and had a dog that barked until 1am so that part sucked but not really the Airbnb’s fault.

Perfect stay! Even though we were only there for one night, the condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. John was an excellent host—very informative and helpful, making sure we had all the details to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. The location was great, and check-in was easy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Very clean, cozy, excellent location, beautiful golf course, great scenery for fall tours. The home is fully equipped, bathrooms very clean, kitchen had everything we needed.

Scott was extremely kind and courteous, and was always responsive. He also gave us great local info and helped us when needed. Parking was very easy and there were no additional fees at any point. If you want to ski or snowboard, Thursday is the best day as the lift ticket is only $15. The room was comfortable and very easy to keep warm during our late-Winter trip where it snowed almost every day and temperatures rarely went above 20°F. The room had a fantastic view of the tubing and ski slope of the Ostego Resort, and it was an extremely short and easy to walk to the lodge or the shop to get lift tickets. We stayed here to attend a rally going on in Atlanta MI. It turned out to be a perfect location bc no matter what you needed from food to shopping was literally just minutes away. Accessing Atlanta, or the Canadian border, Petoskey and Traverse City were all very easy day trips to make. I was also pleasantly surprised how courteous everyone drove. Cute little studio apartment right in the middle of town located close to multiple restaurants and shopping plazas. It was very clean and we enjoyed the easy commute around town and the unit was extremely clean!

Jeffrey’s place was perfect for our quick weekend getaway. It was a perfect location for the ski hill and lodge. His place had everything we needed, and was very comfortable & clean. He was also a very responsive and helpful host. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Due to an unfortunate chain of events on my part, I had to cancel this reservation on short notice. Brian, the host was very understanding and worked with me through the process. I’m sure he isn’t always able to assist with a short notice cancellation, however, due to my circumstance, he understood and was excellent to work with. Based upon that alone I would recommend staying with this host and if I’m back in this area in the future, I plan on utilizing his place to show my appreciation. In short, Brian‘s “customer service”and support is excellent, and I recommend staying at one of his locations anytime you’re in the area or the opportunity presents.

Nice place. The AC wasn’t working yet, but not the owners fault at all and they discounted a little because of the inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again. The bed is really comfortable!

Although it was not the fault of the host, the people above us were very loud- music and lots of stomping around well past mid-night. Brian was an accommodating host and the place was exactly as it looked. There is an air fryer which is not listed. Love Otsego Resort- so beautiful and this stay was a great deal!
