Sur un terrain clos de 1000 m², villa climatisée, rénovée en 2018, très belle vue mer, grande piscine privative protégée par un volet électrique. Elle ne se trouve qu'à quelques mètres de la mer et de ses deux grandes plages. A 25 km de Calvi, 40 min de L'Ile Rousse, dans la réserve de Scandola au pied du GR20 et dans la vallée du Fangu avec sa rivière époustouflante offrant des piscines naturelles au milieu de paysages sauvages et somptueux. Les restaurants et les commerces sont tout à coté.

A quelques minutes à pied des commerces, restaurants et centre du village, ce havre de paix est un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer face à la mer.
