Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Loved our stay here, the place is accessible to nearest malls, terminal and other establishments. The place is clean and the host even prepared a welcome note for us (very thoughtful). No problem during our short stay at the place.♥️

Cedric always responds quickly to my questions and concerns even though I booked the place the night before my stay. He was still able to provide the concise instructions on checking in and out within the short amount of time. The free parking space was definitely a plus point for me. Checking in and out was so quick it didnt even take 5 minutes. The bed is soft and the pillows are fluffy. I just thought it would be better to have an extra blanket provided instead of just 1. We enjoyed the PS4 and I was able to work efficiently with their fast Wifi. The CR is also very clean, complete with toiletries except toothbrushes (I was informed prior to checking in). Overall, we had a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient stay. There is also a mall on the ground flr, complete with restaurants, banks, and convenience stores. The place is also near malls, parks, and food bazaars, all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb—the place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, and the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit.

Its location is very accessible. walking distance to Estancia, shangrila mall, and sm megamall. The place looks like an old hotel room but still feels clean and very cozy. The amenities were functional- iron, ref, ac, electric fan, electric kettle, and fast wifi. I think water heater was not functional. checkin was very easy and very flexible and the host was very responsive. bonus: gym and pool, 6pm checkout.

We had a pleasant time here. Very comfortable. All that you need is there and the view is stunningly beautiful. This location is close to a big mall, good restaurants and bars. The hosts are very professional, kind and responsive. I recommend this place, especially if you look for comfort but don’t forget to explore the local area and Manila in general.

It’s my first time booking and using airbnb and I did it outside my home country. I felt relief that the host was very kind and accommodating with extremely fast replies. She’s also really kind in responding to questions abd was very kind even though it was my first time using an airbnb. The place was great and clean, i would definitely book the same unit the next time i will visit philippines. 11/10

Convenient to all establishments. Place is suitable for couples staying in the metro. Host is accomodating and responsive.

The unit is conveniently located and one needs not to go far to get to places such as restaurants, malls and churches. Transportation is very accessible, too. Trish was always quick to respond to requests and very willing to adjust to my schedule.
