The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passau three-flow corner directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet, only the living space has a window to a school yard in which temporary student lurks. The apartment is stocked with everything you could need, so plenty of laundry, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is perfect for 2 people, but there is an extra sofa bed.

Equipment, the pretty balcony, the almost immediate location at the Inn and the complete equipment (spices and other kitchen utensils, also shower gel, etc.) You can leave the car on the parking lot and reach the city center in 10 minutes on foot and on the bike path.
