One-room apartment, equipped with everything you need and with a large balcony and beautiful view of Lake Maggiore. Free parking on the premises of the residential complex. Stefano was always available for questions and always friendly and accommodating.

Alessandra is a very kind and attentive host. The apartment is located in an enchanting quiet place on the lake, is lovingly furnished and there is a large terrace. We enjoyed staying at Alessandra's place very much, thank you!

The apartment is situated in the most picturesque location, directly above a little harbour and right on the water. The view over the lake is a dream! All that Maccagno has to offer is within walking distance. Our reception was friendly and helpful, and the apartment is absolutely lovely! We, a family of four, enjoyed a wonderful stay in the apartment, enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning, and sundowns in the evening. 👌🏻 We will be back!

Small accommodation, but it has everything you need. The garden has beautiful afternoon/evening sun and it is just 1 minute walk from the lake. There is a small beach, 2-3 restaurants and a bar. For the supermarket you had to drive 5 min by car to Laveno. Christina was super nice and helpful and provided us with great tips. Great stay! A single criticism: a second deck chair for the garden would be great! ;)

Pierangelo has more than earned my 5 stars. Everything was perfect. We especially enjoyed the balcony with the fantastic view of the lake, especially in the morning and in the evening, when the street was traffic-free. We also used the bikes of the accommodation, they needed a little service but it was worth it. We visited small towns, were at Lake Mergozzo and Lake Orta and with the stand up paddle on Lake Maggiore. Everything was within easy reach. Pierangelo and his wife even brought fresh laundry in the middle of the week. They were very warm and helpful and always available by phone. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare meals, even an oven is available. For the car, we found free parking spaces all week without any problems. (June) We highly recommend the accommodation.

Stunning views from our balcony and such great hosts, always responsive and allowed us to drop our bags earlier so we could enjoy our short time in Como. The apartment is located on the 5th floor right on the lake so the balcony is the perfect place for a glass of wine or a coffee. We also had a delicious pizza in a local restaurant recommended by our hosts.

This beautiful rustico is perfect! It is ideal for families as it is in a fantastic environment and also very easily accessible by car. Julian is a great host. Check-in was very easy and perfectly described. Thank you for everything, we look forward to our next visit!

The place was great, made me feel just like home, with great amenities and spotless clean. Federico was a great host, friendly, easy to talk. We had a lovely time, Davide’s beautiful home was in the perfect location as you walked out of the door if you looked to your left the lake is in view and everywhere was extremely walkable. Everything was extremely clean and also was equipped with everything you may need. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the picturesque town of Arona.

Great cozy house in a very quiet location. The house is especially suitable for couples due to its size and amenities. But our daughter (almost 4 years old) also liked it very much. We were all very comfortable. It is very original, I liked that. Toddlers should either not be able to walk or be able to walk stairs very well. It was very clean and everything necessary such as dish towels or dishwasher detergent was available. There is no unnecessary decoration around. Marco is very nice, responds quickly and overall everything was uncomplicated.

Paola is a super host, she makes you feel right at home, including our 2yr old border collie. The lake view at the flat is the highlight of our stay. The little personal touch provided by Paola is the added bonus on top. The garden and the surrounding hikes and lake is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay at Fiorella's house, which was perfectly located in a peaceful environment. Fiorella was really responsive and welcoming. The house is well adapted to a small family. We will definitely come back to Fiorella's house

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment. Has many steps and the staircase is narrow, you have to keep that in mind! The place Lesa is very good for relaxing. Perfect for swimming and paddleboarding! Lots of great restaurants nearby or in the surrounding area! If you want to shop and have a hustle and bustle, you have to go to Stresa or Arona/where we liked Arona more! We always have our bikes with us and were able to explore a lot! Cozy and spacious apartment in a great location. Friendly and caring host. The best way to find the place by car is at the restaurant mentioned in the instructions. The address of the apartment was a little in the small streets. Overall, I can recommend!

What a great place with an exceptional location right beside the lake! Andrea was very communicative/responsive and gave great advice upfront. He is super relaxed and flexible. Especially the location/view of the appartment was beyond expectation. Due to the high temperatures during all days (above 30) the appartment could get a little warm, but Andrea put some ventilation in the bed- and living room. Would most surely recommand!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and the view was stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony each night. We also appreciated having a dryer. This space was very nice and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the train station, but it was further away than we realized from the coast. We wished it had been a touch closer to the main coastline. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Renato was amazing. He met us at the conad supermarket when we arrived so we could get groceries as the apartment is approx 1.5 miles from a shop. He then took us on a tour of Stresa and took us to the apartment and showed us how everything worked. It is a clean apartment with a great outdoor eating area. You have to be mobile to stay here as there are some hills to get from the lakeside to the apartment and steps and a spiral staircase. We walked approx 15000 steps a day to and from Stresa ferry port etc. There is a lido at the bottom of the hill with lake access a bar and cafe and sunbeds which we paid 10 euros for 2 sunbeds after 2pm. You don't need lake shoes to access the lake to swim from the lido. There is a local restaurant 10 mins walk away no hills which was lovely local food.

An absolutely wonderful host!

Beautiful lovingly maintained river house. The location is phenomenal. The house is cozy and offers so many possibilities. Especially great are the outdoor area overlooking the river, terrace, meadow, barbecue, pizza oven, tables, chairs, etc. The only downside is the street that goes directly past the house on the other side. It's not busy, but if, the cars come quickly. Caution is advised with small children.

I am very happy that I stayed here. Deserves the great reviews.
