El studio 1 forma parte de los 4 alojamientos con los que cuenta Finca La Treviña, en un entorno rural y tranquilo. Renovados en junio de 2022. La zona compartida se encuentra enmarcada en un espacio ajardinado donde se ubica la piscina, recientemente reformada. Desde su gran terraza privada puede tener unas maravillosas vistas hacia el mar y las montañas. Bien conectado para conocer el norte de Tenerife, y el Parque Nacional del Teide. A 10-15 minutos en coche a la zona de costa.

El apartamento cuenta con un amplio y luminoso salón a doble altura, cocina americana, dos habitaciones y dos cuartos de baño. Our lovely, small apartment with terrace (communal) and incredeble views is perfect for 2 quiet, healthy adventurous people. The white and blue fisherman-style apartment on the fifth floor (WITHOUT ELEVATOR), is newly refurbished, near the harbour, old town and beach. There is a free big park place only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, " Parking el Muelle ".

Maresía consists of eight holiday homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit. It has beautiful green areas and parking if you come with a car. The pool, shared with the rest of the homes, faces the sea with dream views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Although the weather in Tenerife is very good, our pool is heated all year round.
