We had an incredible stay at this property! The location is fantastic, with the beach and numerous restaurants just a short walk away. The house itself is amazing, featuring a lovely swimming pool that our kids absolutely adored. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. 10 out of 10! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Beautiful house with all the necessary equipment. There's absolutely nothing missing. A warm welcome from Manuel, his Dad, who lives right next door. He was very generous and kind. We really enjoyed the exchange we had with him. We would have put in double the points if we could. If we come to the area again, we won't hesitate to come back.

We just had a dreamy week with the family in Carlos and Cristina's beautiful home! We liked everything: first of all the very protected and privileged place of the Playetas, the quiet and residential area a few minutes from the beach, the lovely garden neat by professionals, the very nice decoration and impeccable cleanliness of the house, the comfort of modern bedding and bathrooms and the large terrace ideal for aperitifs, dinners and lively games! When we left, we were lucky enough to meet our hosts, absolutely charming, warm and welcoming people, whom we thank and highly recommend.

The hosts surpassed all expectations, they were a delight. So warming and welcoming from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, always ready to answer any questions/queries. Such a lovely peaceful place to chill with all the home comforts you need. Not to far to travel by car to visit the beach,shops etc. I was humbled by how much kindness was shown by the lovely hosts, going out of their way to make it a special Easter for us by buying us some local traditional cakes & a delicious homemade "Frittata" which was left unexpectedly by our front door after a busy day touring. We hope to see you again in the future, hopefully my Spanish will be better 😀

Excellent house, absolutely clean and very modern, we felt right at home. A bathroom for each room, kitchen had everything you need. Cozy terrace with BBQ, we thought it was great. Our hostess Ivone was always available and took care of everything directly. So if we ever come back to Alcossebre, it will only be in this house. It was the best vacation home we've ever been to. Sonia's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It is very cozy and although it seems small, it really has an excellent space to spend a quiet vacation. The house was in perfect condition, everything was clean and has basic materials such as paper, crockery, towels and barbecue materials such as charcoal tongs, pincers and matches. The area is lovely if you want to be quiet and relaxed, the village is small and although there is not much life people are very friendly and pleasant, we have talked to several neighbors and they are all very majas! From the village you can do several routes that I recommend like that of the caves, but simply going out to explore the river and the countryside is already a good plan. And finally Sonia, despite not having seen her she was an excellent host who cared about everything during our stay. She was always attentive and has made us a lot of recommendations, so for that and much more it has a 10

We have been here for 8 weeks, a "workation". Lovely to work without having a (social) agenda, which gives you all the time to yourself. The house is perfect, a lovely roof terrace for relaxing, restaurants and cafes within almost crawling distance. But the beach can also be reached in more than 10 minutes. The station is 5 minutes away, from there within 1.5 hours in the center of Valencia. Unfortunately, we also got to know "Dana", the most violent ever. with southern Valencia in the center. The house itself was perfectly fine. Finally, Gonzalo, the owner, rarely receive such quick responses for those few questions we've had. So the contact with him went quickly and completely well.

Tatiana’s place is totally idyllic. Set up above the beach and sea of Alcossebre it is tranquil and spacious. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Tatiana has everything you could need, and the villa is so comfortable to be in - including very lovely beds!! The pool area is so nice and the terrace wonderfully shaded from the sun. It really is a great place to stay. Thank you Tatiana!! Could not recommend this place highly enough :)

Sofia has been charming from the beginning, not only has she been kind with the stay but with the local recommendations she made. The apartment's location is unbeatable with wonderful views, in addition to the proximity to the beach.

Great place near the beach in a beautiful neighborhood.

It is the second year that we are given the previous experience that was unbeatable. We were very comfortable, close to everything and we love to go to the beach next door on the very nice path that there are. the views are unbeatable and being able to sleep listening to the waves of the sea is wonderful. We had to contact José Héctor once and he was very quick to reply. Recommended

Everything was great during the stay.

Clean, bright, comfortable apartment with everything necessary for life. Close to the sea. The owners are very kind and responsive. The only problem for me is soundproofing and thermal insulation.

We had a wonderful time at Vicente’s property. We travelled with our 2 young children and there were 2 pools that we pretty much had to ourselves for the week and it was a very short and easy walk to the beach. There were a few issues on arrival that Vicente resolved relatively quickly and he was very responsive. The complex was very quiet and clean and felt very secure.

Very well located apartment, very close to the supermarkets to shop and restaurants, in addition to being on the beachfront. Clean and tidy apartment, ideal for spending your vacations. Very good service from the owners of the apartment.

We had a great stay at Beatriz's place. The place is very spacious, comfortable and very welcoming. The terrace is very nice and the urbanization is very nice. As for the equipment, it does not lack anything, both in the kitchen and in the rest of the house. Everything was impeccable. The location is excellent for going to the beach and the village as well as the proximity of several supermarkets. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely come back.
