Very private on 30 acres with driveway off the hard road and 2 miles from town. Where life slows down. Smell the pines, fall asleep to the rain on the metal roof, wake up to Elk in the meadow. This cabin is among a group of cabins, which were all beautiful and well maintained. The outside space was incredible - a beautiful deck, a fire pit and out door eating area. The cabin also has A/C, which was helpful during the hot afternoon. The river is accessed down the driveway from the cabin, which we were pleasantly surprised to find a large grassy lawn with bathrooms and beautiful landscaping to relax in.

A functional kitchen features wooden cabinetry and a central dining table surrounded by white chairs. Natural light enters through two windows adorned with curtains. A stove, refrigerator, and microwave are visible, along with various kitchen essentials organized on the countertops.

Such a special place right on the river. The deck looked out over the river and was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee. The cabin is newly updated and in better shape than I imagined. The only hiccup was that I didn’t get service in Riggins, so wasn’t able to pull up the instructions. Make sure to take a picture or use the free Wi-Fi in the park.

I chose this cabin because it was the only two bedroom, two bath rental I could find in Kamiah. We had difficulty finding it because we arrived after dark after a long and stressful day, and our GPS was giving us bad directions. Thankfully, Kelly's husband answered my call and directed us quickly to the cabin. We couldn't believe how beautiful the cabin and the view were in the morning! I am not usually a fan of heights, but this place is just the best. It seems like the highest home for miles around. Sitting on the front porch at sunset, all we could see was beauty, and all we could hear was birdsong. It was amazing. Peace on Earth. What a wonderful place to stay!

it's a unique house with the layout but still very nice and cozy to stay in. the one room with two beds upstairs stayed cool unless you keep the door open for the heat to get inside. the beds were comfortable. overall it's a nice place to stay and a good deal.

This cabin was amazing. Far better than the photos! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the items needed to cook a meal. The bathrooms were amazing and have a walk in shower with waterfall showerheads. The owner was very inviting and chatted with us about the area. 10/10 would totally stay again!
