Beachfront vacation rentals in Ormond-by-the-Sea

We were three adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of space, amenities were great. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. It's a nice and quiet area, with one bar/restaurant within walking distance. Everything else was an easy drive. Easy walk to the beach for the sunrise!

We had such a great week staying at Noah’s condo! It is right on the beach with beautiful beach views. Noah text me to check in and see how things were going. There were 2 rocket launches during our stay that we could see from the balcony, we would’ve never known had Noah not told us! :) One of the bedrooms is facing the beach with an awesome view of the ocean! 4 of us stayed in this condo and there was plenty of room for us. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking. The couches and chairs were very comfortable. They have TVs in every room. The beds were very comfortable and the closets had plenty of room to hang our clothes. Plenty of towels and linens. Super easy access to the beach. There was a very nice and clean outdoor pool. 2 elevators. Private laundry. We go to Ormond Beach every year to visit family and decided to try a different place this year and I am SO HAPPY we did. We will definitely be returning! Definitely worth it! Thank you so much Noah!

My husband and I chose this spot to get married, and choosing this Condo with Scott and his wife make the trip just that much better! It is CLEAN, tidy, and has everything you may need. The view is breathtaking, and Scott as well as his wife quickly responded to us when we needed help with water pressure issues, in less than 12 hours someone was there to fix it! I cannot recommend this enough! Choose this place, and you'll be happy, well rested, and will miss it the second you leave!

Peter was an amazing host and checked up on us and answered any questions we had in a quick timely manner! The condo was amazing and we will definitely be booking with him again:)

Excellent location right on the beach! Great Communication! PRO's: Easy / Lots of Parking, Very Roomy condo, Great A/C, Grocery Store, Dunkin Donuts, Dollar Store, 7-11 all directly across the street. Very quiet! CON's: Super Minor Stuff - Wish the beach access gate had a lock (appeared most other properties prevented access from the beach), with Publix's and Dunkin Donuts right across the street I observed quite a few people transiting through the property heading to Dunkin Donuts and grocery store and then later returning through the property back to the beach with their goods. Also, we like to BBQ and save some $$$... The single shared BBQ for use by everyone at the entire property was in pretty sorry shape - I would consider replacing. We would stay again!

Very clean updated townhouse. We loved the large garage that we were able to use and park our tahoe in. Newer updated smart TV 's. Loved waking up to see the sunrise. The community is very quiet. We definitely will return. Thanks again Brian!

Our condo was exactly as pictured. It was scrupulously clean, well-equipped, comfortable. The balcony looks out at the ocean with morning sun. There's a very good grocery store - Publix - a short drive away. It happened to be rather cold when we were there so we weren't really able to take advantage of the pool but it looked very pleasant. We loved watching the birds - mainly the pelicans flying in squadrons and then suddenly dipping into the water, the sea gulls posing just beyond the waves. It was very quiet except for the sound of the waves. Our decision was very last minute and we really didn't need two bedrooms but it was lovely having two bathrooms and so much room for the two of us. We have nothing negative to say about it.

Amazing place to stay! Very clean, comfortable bed, and RIGHT on the beach. Exactly what we needed for our getaway. Loved every second.

Beautiful place to stay. At walking distance of all major attractions, like the Daytona Lagoon Waterpark, the beach itself, an iHop and many more stuff! Great little house for a family or friend group.

The Lazy Green Turtle was amazing. We stayed there to celebrate my birthday and spend time with family. The house is fully stocked and Colette has thought of EVERYTHING you will need! She has put so much thought into the details of this house and she is a great host - even surprised me with a birthday cake 🎂. I can’t wait to go back. My favorites about this home is: the spaciousness, homey/coziness/comfort, ocean views, the deck for sunrises and star gazing and of course the beach! (Beach is dog friendly) This has been one of my favorite birthdays!

Of all the Airbnbs in any location we’ve used over the years, this one has been my favorite! It’s thoughtfully stocked with everything. Having access to the garage was great for beach days. Its location is perfect for St Augustine. This was our second time visiting St Augustine and I highly recommend this location. It’s a short walk to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. And it’s a close driving distance to restaurants and a reasonable drive to the historic downtown area. Would definitely stay here again.

Danny’s place is amazing!!!! We have already been talking about going again! Everything was perfect except when a squall came through. That was pretty crazy but we live in Florida so not our first one. It doesn’t get any better than walking out the back and you are on the beach! Our mini poodle loved her walks on the beach and meeting other dogs. This place has it all!

EXCELLENT location! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool (and unexpectedly used the hot tub more than we thought we would!). Very spacious. The open concept kitchen, dining and den with pool views gave it a resort like feel. We definitely plan to visit again!

From the moment I entered it felt like home! The place was just the right size, photos were accurate, it was so clean and no heavy fragrances! The property was spotless, felt safe and had everything that one needed to make it like home. The view was amazing, truly oceanfront and private. The area wasn't as crowed and didn't feel touristy. If we wanted touristy though we were maybe 15 min. top to all the action. So convenient with supermarket and stores within walking distance and restaurant delivery you could just park your car and not leave. We had no issues but the host communicated with us to make sure we had clear and concise instructions and was just a phone call away if needed. We only live a few hours away so it is nice to know when a getaway is needed we have this place, great value for the price too!

There are really no words to describe the perfection of this property. The house was beautiful and the beach view was astounding. It is a perfect little hideaway and I would highly recommend it.

This condo was very well stocked. The balcony was lovely. coffee while looking at the ocean was a perfect start to our day. Michelle was a great host. She was available and effeciently answered all our questions and was quick to repair a broken disposal. We come for January and February most years. This condo and Michelle are great and we will stay again.

Easily a 5 star experience! House is even better than the pictures show. Beautiful house, beautiful views, very close to the pier and great food spots. The host is very friendly, very quick to respond and is helpful when questioned. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using this place again ! 10/10

Perfect place for our birthday beach weekend. The house was spotless and comfortable as well as being in a super quiet neighborhood walking distance to the beach and river. There’s even a peekaboo ocean view from the front patio. The hosts were extremely responsive and gave us great dining recommendations. Highly recommend.
