Beachfront vacation rentals in Ormond Beach

From the moment I entered it felt like home! The place was just the right size, photos were accurate, it was so clean and no heavy fragrances! The property was spotless, felt safe and had everything that one needed to make it like home. The view was amazing, truly oceanfront and private. The area wasn't as crowed and didn't feel touristy. If we wanted touristy though we were maybe 15 min. top to all the action. So convenient with supermarket and stores within walking distance and restaurant delivery you could just park your car and not leave. We had no issues but the host communicated with us to make sure we had clear and concise instructions and was just a phone call away if needed. We only live a few hours away so it is nice to know when a getaway is needed we have this place, great value for the price too!

We had a wonderful stay at Lenise and Dave’s property. We are looking forward to a return visit.

I’m going to tell you everything you need to hear. I ubered here from SFB. It was only $67. Plus tip, of course. I didn’t rent a car because everything you need to do is literally right here, if you’re here for beach activities. This location is everything. And they made sure we had everything we needed, right down to the mini bottles of wine that took care of my nervous energy. Thank you for everything! If I’m ever in town, without a doubt, I’ll look here first.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anthony is a great host — very responsive and attentive! His Airbnb is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing small meals for the family, which was very convenient during our stay. The only challenge was that the building elevator was under maintenance, and the surrounding common areas are a bit run down — though this in no way reflects the quality of Anthony’s place itself. Inside, it’s a welcoming and cozy retreat. Would definitely stay again!

Michelle is a lifesaver. I had rented a place that was not at all clean, and I was able to book Michelle’s condo quickly and move. I’m so grateful for her quick reply and spotless condo. Great neighbourhood with lots of friendly people in the units around. And even on the coldest days, the south facing patio is full of sunshine and protected from the wind.

Well, what can I say? We had a blast! The place was perfect for us - two bedrooms, two bathrooms plenty of room in the common area and a balcony overlooking the beach! Also a pool downstairs, boogie boards, private access to the beach - I mean, what else can you ask for? The host was very responsive to questions, very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!

Peter was an amazing host and checked up on us and answered any questions we had in a quick timely manner! The condo was amazing and we will definitely be booking with him again:)

There are really no words to describe the perfection of this property. The house was beautiful and the beach view was astounding. It is a perfect little hideaway and I would highly recommend it.

The Lazy Green Turtle was amazing. We stayed there to celebrate my birthday and spend time with family. The house is fully stocked and Colette has thought of EVERYTHING you will need! She has put so much thought into the details of this house and she is a great host - even surprised me with a birthday cake 🎂. I can’t wait to go back. My favorites about this home is: the spaciousness, homey/coziness/comfort, ocean views, the deck for sunrises and star gazing and of course the beach! (Beach is dog friendly) This has been one of my favorite birthdays!

Danny’s place is amazing!!!! We have already been talking about going again! Everything was perfect except when a squall came through. That was pretty crazy but we live in Florida so not our first one. It doesn’t get any better than walking out the back and you are on the beach! Our mini poodle loved her walks on the beach and meeting other dogs. This place has it all!

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway. We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the pool it was the perfect way to cool off in the Florida heat! Ben was a super responsive host and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay. At walking distance of all major attractions, like the Daytona Lagoon Waterpark, the beach itself, an iHop and many more stuff! Great little house for a family or friend group.

Of all the Airbnbs in any location we’ve used over the years, this one has been my favorite! It’s thoughtfully stocked with everything. Having access to the garage was great for beach days. Its location is perfect for St Augustine. This was our second time visiting St Augustine and I highly recommend this location. It’s a short walk to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. And it’s a close driving distance to restaurants and a reasonable drive to the historic downtown area. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Phyllis and Mark’s cozy abode for three nights and had such a great time. The space was warm and welcoming — perfect for a weekend getaway. They really thought of everything: board games, water bottles, beach gear, and all the little touches that made it feel like home. The location couldn’t have been better — right between St. Augustine and Daytona, with great restaurants and fun things to do just a short drive away. One of the highlights for me was the golf cart, which made beach trips not only more accessible, but also so much more adventurous! Phyllis and Mark are genuinely kind people who really took the time to make sure we felt comfortable the whole time. You can truly tell they really care about creating a good experience for their guests. This place is what Airbnb is all about — people opening up their homes not just to share a space, but to share a sense of community. Safe, thoughtful, and full of heart. I look forward to coming back next year!

Nice quiet neighborhood close to the beach. House is nice and clean with a nice garage. Patio out back was a great place to get some sun and enjoy serine neighborhood with beautiful palm trees 🌴
