Animal & Child Friendly Cabin with Fireplace and Hot Tub

Cozy cottage just outside Höör where you get full access to the whole place and where there is, among other things, an outdoor hot tub, fireplace, outdoor fireplace, large wooden deck and a spacious garden with a forest just behind. The place is in a small cottage village near Kvesarumssjön. Around the cottages, you are surrounded by the forest and with a 10-minute walk through the forest, you can get down to a lake with a barbecue and swimming area. NOTE: This is not a place to have a party or play music outdoors as it is in a cottage village.

The cottages are insulated for vacation rentals all year round. Climate control system where the farm's solar panels provide cooling in summer and heat in winter. Welcome to this cosy country idyll where one is embraced by horse pastures. The peace. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Beautiful stuga with welcome breakfast!

Our stuga is located in the heart of the province of Skåne, southern Sweden. Cities such as Lund, Malmö, Helsingborg and Kristianstad are within one hour reach. The stuga is located in a hilly and wooded area where many beautiful walks can be taken. There are trips such as to Skånes Djurpark ( 5km. from the stuga), the beach, swimming/fishing in a lake, golfing, canoeing etc. The stuga is fully furnished and is cozy in both summer and winter months.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
