Rooftop triplex at Notre Dame

This is an unique place for the Paris lovers : a penthouse triplex in an historical 400+ years old building, in the very heart of the original Paris, Le Quartier latin (the Latin Quarter), a few meters away form the Seine river and Notre Dame cathedral. The cherry on the top, so to speak, is our garden, overlooking the city, but after 5 floors without a lift, sorry for that, with an incredible view on Notre Dame, but also the Saint Severin Church, the Pantheon and... the Eiffel Tower !

Comfortable two room flat in Paris (with wifi) !

The flat is in the ground floor of an ancient building (built in 1908). It's 7 minutes away by foot from the closest metro station which is Maraîchers, on line 9. Alexandre Dumas on line 2 is 10 minutes away and Nation is not far. The whole appartment was renovated 5 years ago, the radiators are super efficient and everything look both old fashion (in the style) and new (in the shape). There is a very confortable double bed in the room and a convertible sofa in the livingroom.

Just 10 minutes by metro from the Sacré-Cœur Basilica in Montmartre and 17 minutes from central Paris, Villa Elvida accommodates up to 6 people. Aimé Césaire metro station, line 12, is 150 meters away. You can reach the biggest monuments of PARIS in less than 30 minutes. By car, the exit is Porte d'Aubervilliers. Restaurants and shops are located 100 meters away in the Le Millenaire shopping center. 10 minutes from the Arena stadium and the Stade de France!
