We loved our stay in Frances’ cozy and lovely apartment. Everything is walkable in this sweet downtown location but it felt quiet and private at the same time. The deck is a wonderful place to enjoy coffee. Storage and efficiency is excellent in the kitchen and bathroom. Space, light and breezes were plentiful.

My son and I had a wonderful weekend visit to Eastham. Min's place was very clean, comfortable, and cosy. Coffee bar was well stocked and much appreciated!

Mary's place was amazing! It had everything we needed for a long weekend on the Cape. The space is private, and very quiet, which was nice. We loved being tucked in the trees. Plenty of space for our bikes outside too. Mary was very friendly and welcoming, and we felt right at home. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful little condo with great views and everything within walking distance. The photos do not do it justice! Will definitely be back and would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the cape

Mark's place was exactly how it appeared in photos. Great, walkable location. Easy to get to restaurants on Main St. There's a place to rent bikes just across the street. The stay was comfortable, quiet, and exceeded expectations. Thank you again, Mark!

Relaxing girls get away weekend. Amazing views, very walkable and friendly town and beach. (Delicious local ice cream shop- vegan options too!). The perfect place to relax, catch up with friends, and make some delightful memories.

We absolutely loved staying at Meagan’s place. It was super comfortable, stylish and stocked with everything we needed. We spent some time at opposite sides around the Cape so her location was the perfect central spot. We would definitely stay here again and/or recommend to friends and family - thanks for having us!

We had a lovely time at Mary Alice’s place. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive before, during and after our stay. Even though we weren’t able to meet in person, she made sure we felt welcomed and had what we needed. She also offered flexible checkin/checkout which we didn’t end up needing, but it was nice to have as an option! The location is a quiet and cozy neighborhood that offered us privacy but was also walkable to the main street. Many thoughtful touches incorporated into the place - I can tell that she treats her home with so much love and care, and it shows! Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much ~ the house and large fenced yard w/deck (perfect for pup) are amazing & the hosts were very kind, accommodating & responsive. The location was great with a short ride to local beaches and/or Chatham for a fun day of shopping or night out. The host’s welcome basket with treats & seltzers were a great surprise after a long day of travel. We loved playing ping pong in the garage! I do suggest the listing bedroom descriptions & photos be updated as we were pleased to find a king bed in the master BR (vs the queen shown) and a full bed (vs the twin) in the downstairs guest-room. Perhaps renovations are underway so we were pleasantly surprised! The only improvements I would suggest are adding a screen door to the deck & heat for the pool, having more wine glasses (the kitchen was wonderfully stocked otherwise), & adding amenities like blankets, washcloths, a hair dryer, beach/pool towels & chairs (we brought our own). We hope to be back next year!!

Very nice airbnb! We enjoyed our time here for my bachelorette trip. The beds are absolutely amazing- the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The place is so clean and has so many things to keep you entertained. The back yard is so cute! Would loveeee if there was a hot tub! Only thing to be mindful of is the neighbors- even though hours say quiet hours are 11 PM- 7 AM, definitely plan to be quiet earlier. The neighbors were peaking through the fence and messaged the host wayyyy later on the next day that we were being “too loud” when we were being mindful of our noise level. The host is super responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay at this charming, one-bedroom cottage was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by its storybook charm—complete with a white picket fence and blooming flowers. Inside, the exposed beams and cozy décor gave it the perfect blend of rustic and coastal charm. We started every morning on the back deck, sipping coffee and listening to the birds—it truly felt like a hidden sanctuary. The house itself was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. The water pressure in the shower was amazing (not always easy to find but greatly appreciated), and every detail felt considered. There was nothing we needed that we couldn’t find within its white cabinets. It was quaint and quiet, but still conveniently located to beaches, shops, and restaurants. A perfect blend of nature, comfort, and Cape Cod magic. We'd come back in a heartbeat and hopefully have slightly better weather!!

A lovely home with plenty of space, well equipped for a couple or family with young children. The bed was huge, and so comfortable! Comfortable lounge for chilling out in front of the big smart TV, good kitchen with modern appliances. We made use of the gas grill for BBQ, and it was great to have the 2 bikes available to use, with the cycle trail 2 minutes away. Chatham is a great location, a lovely main street, restaurants and shops, 20 minute walk away or a short drive with plenty of parking. We'd recommend "Pain d'Avignon" for great coffee, and lovely bistro food for lunch. Great communication from Godelieve from the moment we booked, good information in advance, through check-in. Responsive and helpful with any small queries. We had a lovely time, thank you, we'll be back.

A dreamy Cape Cod getaway. If you have the privilege of staying here please take full advantage! The surroundings alone are stunning. Ken ensured the actual space is designed for your comfort & leisure. The kitchen was well-equipped and clean. The outdoor& indoor showers were great too. If I hadn’t just had neck surgery we would have taken full advantage of the pickleball court. I could go on and on about how special this place is!

Great house, plenty of areas for everyone to have their own space. college boys loved the games in he house when it was chilly, and also enjoyed outdoors, while parents had plenty of space and peace and quiet when needed. Dinner and watching sports on TV together was also easy, as space is really great. Lucia is as solid of a communicator as any host we've had, she was terrific and helpful. Of course, the Cape and Chatham is a terrific area to visit. Would definitely rent this house again and anything Lucia has.

Walt's place was the perfect spot for a weekend bachelorette getaway. The place was stocked with all the basic necessities and the outdoor area + pool was top notch. Walt was super accommodating and communicative. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a quiet peaceful place to stay on the Cape!

What a great house to enjoy the Cape! It was everything the host said it would be. It was comfortable, quiet, and close to all beaches and places to eat. Rob was a great host ! He responded within a timely manner and the place was very clean and felt just like home. I would suggest bringing board games and such for the rainy days. For the folks who enjoy cooking the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. I would also recommend renting bikes or taking an Uber if you don't like walking. The walk to town was about 25 minutes. Overall great stay would love you stay her again it gives you the peace and quiet while also being close enough to everything and a beautiful view of the ocean.

Great location for a quiet, peaceful Cape Cod family getaway. Perfect space for group of 4, located on quiet corner of Chatham/cape cod. Very walkable to downtown and lighthouse beach (best beach in cape cod). Julia is a wonderful host, extremely responsive and her local recommendations for visitors were outstanding, especially for first time visitors to CC. Would recommend.

We loved staying at John's place!!! We appreciated how clean it was and the photos online were a perfect match (including the parking space that's right next to the unit). Truly a quiet street and just steps to Far Land Provisions on Bradford and the heart of town on Commercial. The large kitchen (with a lovely, large island!) and full dining room table gave us places to spread out a bit, which made it feel like home. The bedrooms also were well-appointed...thanks for the night-tables on BOTH sides of the bed! Arrival and checkout were easy, and John was very responsive to questions. We are no strangers to the Cape, and John's place is by far our "return-to" place for future vacations in P-town. We'll be back!!!

We loved staying at Anil’s place!! The view of the ocean was incredible. It was so peaceful. It was a sweet loft apartment, just the right size for my husband and I. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. We come to Provincetown once a year and this is our favorite accommodation yet! It’s a perfect, quiet location that is also within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants!

We had a wonderful time in Fred's lovely home. It was equipped so thoroughly and thoughtfully. The place was spotless and if anything, the photos don't do justice to how comfortable and homey it felt. The showers were better than those we have used at 5 star resorts. All of the little touches from labeled light switches to motion-detector night lights made our stay so easy. And we gratefully enjoyed the gas fireplace that warmed us up during a chilly weekend. The location is great -- across the street from the water, and near all the shops and restaurants. I recommend this home wholeheartedly!

Fran & Susan’s place is smack in the middle of it ALL! We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our first visit to PTown! We enjoyed walking everywhere and we can’t wait to come back! 10 out of 10! Highly recommend if you want accessibility to all things PTown
