Cozy cottage nearby by swimming lake. The area and the house are best for families who enjoy nature, forest and swimming. Three bedrooms and living room with kitchen are expanded during summer with several nice patios. Fantastic large veranda overlooking the lake. Wonderful nature for walking and other activity. Forest area with swimming lake nearby. To the bathing jetty it is 30m. There is possibility for football, basketball and tennis as well as outdoor gym. Palmhuset at Hjelmsjöborg

Nestled in a rhododendron in the north part of Hjelmsjöborg's park is this octagonal tower Palm House. This is a very unique building where you get a home like nothing else. Five meters in ceiling height, beautiful stuccos, brick paintings, a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom, spiral staircase, a paved patio with a Mediterranean feel and not even a stone's throw from the house is Hjelmsjöns nice tennis courts. In the winter months it can get a little cold, then you have to curl up on the couch and light a fire in the fireplace.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You will be able to take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms upstairs with leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. Few km away is a drive in elksafari. My house is in a small village.
