Welcome to our cabin in Hornlia, Oppdal, in the outskirt of Trollheimen. This is a good base for hiking in summer and skiing in winter. Beds / mattresses for six persons. You have to bring your own linen and towels. Cleaning / vacuuming before leaving. The cabin was new in January 2018 and contains: Two bedrooms, each with double beds. At the loft we have four mattresses on the floor. Bath with bathtub. Kitchen and living room. There is enough quilts and pillows for six persons.

Nærme buss og sentrum, uten at du mister hyttefølelsen. Stille og privat, med vann og fjell som man kan nyte både dag og kveld. Begge hyttene har egen stue, eget bad, kjøkken og soverom. Ute er det flere spisegrupper, solsenger, trampoline, bålpanne og egen båt.

Everything was perfect! The host was very friendly and proactive and we enjoyed some really relaxing days there. The house was super modern, the beds were comfy and you literally have no neighbours around you! Definitely recommend and would come back.

We had a great stay, wonderful lake view, very quiet, places to walk or just hang out. The main city is 20 minutes drive from the cabin but not a big deal. The only things it would be “nice to have” would be add a door locker to bathroom and wifi connection. Other than that….perfect place!

Wir waren über Weihnachten in Helenes Haus. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus war warm und beleuchtet, so dass wir gleich das wunderschöne Ambiente bestaunen konnten. Helene hat alles liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Auch ihre selbst gemalten Bilder haben uns gefallen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt benötigt. Großes Highlight ist der Whirpool mit Panoramablick. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und schön zum Spazierengehen. DANKE für diesen entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt!

It was truly a fairytale setting. The kitchen was fantastically equipped. Hadde et svært fint opphold på denne hytta. Nok plass og rolig nabolag. Nydelig utsikt og vi var heldige med å få se en vakker solnedgang. Kaffemaskinen sto klar når vi kom, mulighet for å lese bok og spille spill. Verten har vært tydelig og lett å forholde seg til. Vil absolutt anbefale å bo her. Vi vil gjerne komme tilbake en annen anledning. Takk for oss.

Der Gastgeber war super, super dolle nett. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit bei ihm und es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Er schreibt sehr schnell zurück und die Kommunikation auf Englisch war auch sehr gut. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick aufs Wasser.

Tolle Lage, tolles Haus (viel besser als auf dem Foto abgebildet . Schade, dass kein Bettzeug und WLAN angeboten wird- ist aber im Inserat auch klar angegeben, trotzdem bei Flugreisen umständlich. Klare Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft, ist top!!!

We had a wonderful time with lots of snow at Metalhytte! With a fire going and a magical snowscpae outside it was incredibly cozy. Egil was very helpful with every question and communication was easy. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to just spend some time away from everything else. I imiagine it's beautiful in the summer as well :)

Rolig, fredelig og tilbaketrukket sted for å senke pulsen. Koselig innredet, lun sofakrok foran peisen, og ellers utstyrt med det vi trengte for ei kosehelg. Vi hadde dårlig vær, så vi valgte å ikke utforske turmulighetene særlig.
