One bedroom with double bed. Kitchen, dining and living room in one space. Plenty of light. Excellent internet access. All neccesary amenties for cooking. Microwaves but no oven. Washing machine. Small, quiet building. Tourist appartment legally registered. Guests have to pay 0,60 Euros per night as "tourist tax". The appartment is declared with the Catalonian Police. On arrival, guests have to fill out a form with thier details. Free parking in the whole area. No private garage.

Recently renovated apartment, located on the 3rd floor of the building and has an elevator. The location is unbeatable, 3 minutes from the Dalí Museum and the old town of Figueres. It has all the amenities and overlooks the public park. Close to all amenities. Public parking is 20 meters from the apartment.
