The house has beautiful views of the surrounding area and a quiet atmosphere. We slept with the windows open during summer nights. It features a spacious master bedroom and three additional well-sized bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The home was spotless when we arrived, and enough towels were provided for our group. The private yard is a great space for families, with a large dining table and grill for outdoor meals. Guests also have access to a shared pool just a short walk away, and there’s a children’s playground within the community. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking. You’ll need to bring staples like salt, pepper, and dishwasher pods. Wi-Fi was reliable throughout the house. There’s no A/C, but we didn’t need it. Getting to the town center is easy, a short uphill walk with both stairs and elevators available. We were able to fit three cars comfortably in the garage. Communication with the host was smooth, and everything matched expectations.

The place is ideal for family holidays. In our case, with three children, we felt at home with the incentive of having the pool in the garden. The atmosphere is very friendly and polite. Quiet nights with nice temperatures. During the day the area allows to do many activities such as visiting the surrounding villages, excursions, etc, always in an environment of spectacular nature. Ignasi sent us check-in instructions and specific topics of the house that made the stay easier. The house is comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is small but with everything you need. Everything was clean. Comfortable beds. Towels. We will likely repeat in the future. Highly recommended.

The great house we spent 5 unforgettable days. As a detail, the coffee machine broke and a few minutes after warning Marta we had another one at the door of the house. We will be back for sure.

Highly recommended!. The house is spacious and comfortable. The car park spot is one metre from the entrance door. The garden overlooks the mountains and it is very nice to eat out in the summer. The setting is very quiet and family friendly.

The cottage is exactly as described. The panorama is beautiful and the chalet is ideally positioned. Even in the middle of school holidays, the neighborhood is very quiet.

Beautiful views. The house is very nice and comfortable. The heating and hot water work perfectly. There is also a wood-burning stove if it is very cold. Judith is very friendly and responded quickly to all requests. Very good host. Aspects to improve, in our opinion, would be: in the kitchen we missed things like garbage bags, aluminum foil or similar and knives that cut well. The ceramic hob had very little power. The beds are somewhat short and your feet stick out a little if you're tall.

We had a great time at Gîtes de Jean! The places are spacious, impeccably clean and very well furnished. There were 13 of us and everything was perfectly planned for our comfort, nothing was missing. The amenities are complete and quality. Jean was particularly accommodating, especially for the departure times, which we greatly appreciated. The view is splendid and adds to the charm of the place. We had a very pleasant stay, (hikes to the Refuge d'en Beys and the Pic de Tarbesou, walk around Orlu and market in Ax) and received a very good welcome.

We spent a few days in this very nice place. Everything is very neat and judiciously organized both in terms of decoration and layout. Frankly we really recommend it! And congratulations to Marlène and her partner for this very nice place, full of beautiful practical and aesthetic inventions. And with a lot of poetry, in short, you get the picture, we loved it.

The house is very cute, the presence of the wood makes it very cozy even the floor. It is the typical village house of the iaia. The fireplace on the floor is the gem of the house. The comfortable beds, the two living floors clean, tucked in and with heating. Totally recommended if you are looking to disconnect, quiet, quiet and being able to do outdoor activities in the mountains. Áreu is a very quiet village. Amalia's daughter Ceci was the one who attended us at all times, pending that we were ok, all the directions she gave us were adjusted, facilitating any information requested, flexible both on arrival and departure, on the last day we were able to enjoy the house until we left without rush. We will be back there for sure, our stay was shortened.

We had a lovely stay at Bernard's, which met all of our expectations and requests. Everything was perfect.

My partner and I had a great time at this place. We were travelling with our dogs, so it was important for us to find a quiet and peaceful place. We sure did! Knowing the location upfront does make everything way easier! Regardless of the quietness of the area, we had the local market and basic groceries at less than 5’ by car. So I am happy to share that we had the relaxing weekend we really needed. Thanks!

This accommodation, completely renovated and redesigned, testifies to an impressive transformation, which the hosts Élodie, Pauline & Michel, had the great idea of sharing in an album accessible to visitors. A big thank you to Christelle, in charge of reception and cleaning, for the impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of the premises. The hospitality of the hosts is both professional and attentive. The cottage is ideal for a quiet stay, perfect for families or groups of friends. All the comforts are there, with complete amenities and an atmosphere conducive to serenity. We'll be happy to go back and recommend Les Cimes de l'Oustal without hesitation!

The house is as described. We enjoyed the calm of the village of Orgeix, the stream for soaking our feet after the hikes, the magnificent view from the bridge. A very refreshing stay.

Excellent hosting by Nathalie who is very responsive. The house is practical, spacious, clean and well arranged in a quiet green universe, close to Ariège. Numerous walks from the house with mountain views. A real paradise. We enjoyed it and will be back with pleasure.
