Cottage vacation rentals in Orbec

The cottage was the perfect getaway and peaceful, beautiful space we dreamt it would be. The flower gardens were in impeccable and in peak bloom. The cottage was beautiful and serene inside and out. The interior felt like a homey museum that you could enjoy. The outside has many places to sit with your morning coffee or evening wine. The kitchen was very well stocked and equipped including a great little pod espresso machine. Thank you Anne for sharing your beautiful space with us. We would love to stay again.

par où commencer... nous avons eu la chance de passer un week end hors du temps dans un cadre rustique, paisible au coeur de la nature. le logement est totalement fidèle à la description : charmant et magnifiquement décoré,fonctionnel , propre et rempli d'objets authentiques de l'époque ( ne pas hésiter à demander des explications à Cyrille qui se fera un plaisir de vous donner les réponses pleines de détails, on sent sa passion pour le sujet) la maitresse des lieux est pleine de vie et répond à vos demandes rapidement pour vous simplifier le séjour. alors un grand merci à ces belles personnes pour leur accueil et pour le cadre mis à disposition! nous reviendrons!

Un cottage d’une grande beauté avec technologie (Tv, internet, jacuzzi) et rusticité (cheminée, colombage, nature)! Un endroit paisible et chaleureux. Du personnel disponible et très agréable, des l’arrivée et jusqu’au départ. C’est un lieu que nous recommandons sans hésiter, et dans lequel nous aurons beaucoup de plaisir à revenir!

De gite van Sandrine is de allerbeste Airbnb waar wij ooit zijn verbleven. De hosts zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Het huisje is prachtig, de bedden liggen werkelijk heerlijk. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het huisje wordt het wel snel warm, zonwering zou dat oplossen. Het terrein is prachtig, het uitzicht vanaf je terras over de landerijen is heerlijk. Er is een zwembad met jaccuzzi dat je deelt met gasten van het andere huis, maar je kunt slots reserveren zodat je het privé kunt gebruiken. Er zijn kippen, schaapjes en een moestuin waar je van mag oogsten. Op zondag was er een borrel georganiseerd door de hosts met de andere gasten. Ik zeg dit nooit, maar wij komen zeker weten nog eens terug. Wat een fantastische plek!

Très content de notre séjour entre amis. Les équipements sont tops, on a pu avoir un avant goût des vacances d’été. Les équipements sont fonctionnels. Une fois sur place, on ne veut plus bouger ! Très bonne communication et accueil. Tout s’est bien passé mais nous savions que Myriam était joignable et disponible en cas de problème.

A wonderful house in magnificent surroundings. Will was a great host, very proactive, responsive and has thought of everything. The house was spotless, comfortable and a super base for trips throughout Normandy. The downstairs suite and living areas in particular are very thoughtfully laid out for anyone with mobility issues, which we really appreciated, and the kitchen is heavily equipped with pots & pans and multiple coffee-making methods. The local village with a decent bakery is walkable too. We had a lovely trip, really enjoyed the beautiful estate, and would very happily go back.

Villers-sur-Mer ist ein charmantes, ruhiges Küstenstädtchen an der Côte Fleurie in der Normandie. Ideal zum Entspannen, Spazierengehen am Strand oder für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. In der Nähe liegen schöne Orte wie Deauville mit seinen eleganten Promenaden, Honfleur mit malerischem Hafenflair und Cabourg, das zum Schlendern und Genießen einlädt. Wir kommen gerne wieder – danke, Delphine, für deine Gastfreundschaft!

Ce cottage au milieu de la nature est un vrai bijou ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans logement de Marie-Anne. L’extérieur est aussi agréable que l’intérieur, très bien rangé et aménagé. L’absence de TV et d’Internet nous ont permis une totale déconnexion. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We had a great stay. The house is equipped with everything you need. Sandra and Paul have spent a lot of attention on all the details. We also got a complimentary bottle of wine, and all the other basics that you need such as coffee, cooking oil, butter and bread. We definitely recommend it!

Un havre de paix à 7 minutes à pieds du centre-ville. La maison est bien équipée et le jardin privatif très agréable pour les repas.

Een fantastisch verblijf op een unieke locatie! Het inchecken verliep soepel, en vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen, voelden we ons thuis. Het uitzicht over de vallei is adembenemend idyllisch, en er zijn geen buren in zicht. Je bent echt omringd door natuur. Vanaf het huisje zijn meerdere wandelingen te maken. In het dorp zit een heerlijke bakker met vers brood en diverse lekkernijen. Jean-Yves en Pascale zijn vriendelijke en warme gastheren, en reageerden snel op onze berichten. Het is begrijpelijk dat zoveel gasten in hun reviews aangeven graag terug te willen komen – wij kunnen ons daar helemaal bij aansluiten!

Chaumière très mignonne et très bien équipée conforme aux photos, au calme et au vert ce que nous recherchions ! Agréable jardin joliment aménagé.

Yamina est une hôte exceptionnelle, accueillante et généreuse qui met tout en œuvre pour que locataire se sente à l'aise. Très réactive et d'excellents conseils, qui connait sa région et a à cœur de la faire découvrir. Le logement était impeccable, bien décoré, entretenu et nous avons été agréablement surpris par les petits détails qui font toute la différence ! Recommandée à 1000% 😊

L'endroit est absolument magnifique: une maison spacieuse, agréable dans un cadre idyllique. Piscine, coin barbecue, jeux pour enfants et parc très bien entretenu. Nous étions 8 et chacun a trouvé sa place. Il ne manque absolument rien dans la maison y compris pour un bébé. Cyril est accueillant, sympathique et donne beaucoup de conseils promenades et d'informations sur les activités environnantes. La campagne est très belle et les villes à proximité magnifiques: Honfleur, Etretat notamment. Nous reviendrons certainement car tout le monde a été enchanté. Merci beaucoup Cyril et à bientôt.

This was an amazing stay! Tony was very proactive from the beginning with helpful information and recommendations. The house is nestled in the countryside and would be hard to find were it not for Tony's very clear instructions illustrated with pictures to make sure we found it easily. The location is breathtaking, even in March when spring hadn't quite fruits way there yet. I'd love to return to see the blooms and fruit trees ripening. The surroundings were straight out of a storybook. The interior matched that effect. Rooms held decor featuring bunnies and florals in a true French country style that reminded me of childhood and tales of Peter Rabbit. We frequently saw wild rabbits nibbling the grass outside our windows. It was magical for our children. The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and more, even a play area with many toys, games and books. The beds were comfortable and the linens were soft and warm. There was heat & hot water. Highly recommend!

Äußerst gut ausgestattetes kleines Einod aber in überschaubarer Zeit alles erreichbar in wunderschönem Privatpark. Von der Gastgeberin Erdbeeren der besten Güte gebracht bekommen. Ein 5 Sterne Quartier wer die ländliche Idylle zu schätzen weiß.

Marie nous a simplement et tres gentiment accueilli et a été réactive quand nous avons eu besoin de la contacter. Cette chaumière et son jardin sont dans un très bel environnement, très calme. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances de Pâques en famille.

We had a super stay at Mathilde and David’s. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and the room had everything we needed. They were both incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble, from booking restaurants for, showing the best walking routes to local recommendations. It’s clear they go out of their way to make guests feel welcome, would absolutely recommend this stay. Thanks for everything!

Un très joli gîte très cocoon dans un havre de paix . Un très beau parc à disposition pour se poser dans le calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Mon compagnon et moi ainsi que nos 3 enfants ont passé un super séjour chez Stephane, qui même absent était attentif et réactif. Nous avons eu pas mal de petits soucis collatéraux (lave vaisselle et DVD qui ne fonctionnent pas...) et le wifi pourrait être optimisé car le signal était très faible, mais le confort du gîte avec sa cheminée, tous ses jeux pr les enfants ainsi que le terrain et le calme des alentours, ont rétabli la balance et nous sommes répartis très heureux et reposés de notre petit séjour.

We were three adult couples and the 3 bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. As promised there were 3 baths but was surprised to find only 2 toilets. I may have just missed that in the description. The home and patio were comfortable and welcoming. The sunsets over the English Channel were amazing and were we to return to the area would certainly consider another stay. Thank you Catherine for sharing g your lovely home.
