Vacation rentals with a patio in Orašac

I could give this place more stars if I could! Suzana and her family were the greatest hosts that we could’ve asked for. She was quick at response, quick to solve problems(like less than 3 min). Immaculate and pristine apartment. Great location, excellent view, cleanest pool, and the most modern apartment. Just be prepared to climb stairs(esp for older folks). We’ve been told if you come to Croatia, be prepared to walk a lot and climb a lot of stairs. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

The apartment was very homely and had a really comfortable bed as well as clean kitchen and bathroom areas. It’s a 30 second walk from an amazing view of Lokrum island and a short walk from the Old Port. This meant we could walk in for day excursions and evening meals while being able to stay in a quieter part of the city. Davor was an excellent host. He was very quick to resolve an issue with the terrace lighting and helped us find somewhere to store our luggage on our final day after checking out, so that we could enjoy one final day in Dubrovnik. All round it was great and we’d love to stay again!

We had a really wonderful time! The apartment is absolutely recommended – modernly furnished, very clean and above all the kitchen is superbly equipped. The beach is within a 10-minute walk, and in the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, a dm and a bus stop – everything you need is quickly at hand. Martina and Dorian were extremely friendly, always available and provided us with many valuable tips. We would come back anytime!

We had such a wonderful time. The apartment is very cute and beautifully decorated. It’s very private and the outdoor space that goes with the apartment ties it all together. From the seating area outside you can enjoy an amazing view of the sea and the harbor with the most beautiful sunsets. Natalia was always there if we needed something and responded immediately. She gave us many great tips and really stood out with how friendly and caring she was. We would definitely come again!

Biljana is a great host, highly recommended! We felt welcome even before we arrived. Check-in was very convenient, all instructions were clearly provided. A big bonus was that we could park our car safely in the garage. The apartment had everything we needed to feel comfortable, including a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer, and plenty of clean towels. The grocery store was within walking distance, and the old town was not far away either. We are very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend it to others! We felt like the King and Queen of this gorgeous little cove! With a private balcony overlooking a popular beach! It was simply spectacular. The place is perfect for two guests. Walkable to town, shops, restaurants etc. We loved it so much we found ourselves rushing back from town to sit on the balcony. I would highly recommend!

We love our stay at this apartment. It has a beautiful view of the iconic bridge on the balcony. Place is spotless, peaceful, with easy street parking and we walked everywhere in the historic town of Mostar. Thank you again for hosting us and let us store our luggages when we arrive early.

We stayed at La Scuola di Anna for a couple of days, and it was absolutely amazing! The place is full of charm, history, and peaceful energy. The surroundings are stunning—lush nature, the calm sea nearby, and the authentic atmosphere of Mljet made it a perfect escape.

Alen is a true super host. He communicates pro actively and checks in to see if you're ok and if you need any more recommendations. The accommodation is a hidden gem in a century old surrounding. We loved the authentic elements in the house, though not compromising on any modern needs. We loved the top terrace best as it hosts a million dollar view over the surroundings. To top it all off: the pool is a blessing when travelling during a hot Bosnian summer. This was our first visit to Bosnia, and also thanks to Alen and his accommodation, it won't be our last.

My family and I had a great time in Andjela's Vlla for two nights. The views are immaculate and the villa is pristine! It was nice to be in a quiet area after spending a long day in Kotor's busy streets. Overall, would highly recommend!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in the Dubrovnik area! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was immaculately clean, spacious, and incredibly well-stocked — from kitchen essentials to pool towels, everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided. The amenities were top-notch: a gorgeous private pool, comfortable lounging areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of towels for everyone. Every detail was clearly considered to make guests feel at home. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the outstanding customer service. The hosts were warm, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable — offering local tips and accommodating our requests. Their hospitality made the experience feel so personal and special. The location was perfect too — peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from Dubrovnik’s Old Town and stunning beaches.

Villa Diana has one of the most beautiful outside spaces we have experienced in an AirB&B. A lovely pool surrounded by amazing plants and flowers covered with butterflies. The outside seating areas are lovely too, with views of the mountains in the distance. The outside dining area is shaded under a grapevine and the other seating area consists of sofas and a parasol - great for having a read and a cool drink. Having a covered carport was definitely a bonus in the heat! Inside, the house was clean and had all the bits and bobs that make settling in easy. The fridge freezer was a good size and the air con was great. A short walk from the villa takes you in to Zaton, where there are some restaurants, a bakery, a shop and two pebble beaches for a refreshing dip - which we did every morning. One of the best trips we did was by boat from Zaton harbour around some of the islands, stopping off at caves to snorkel and at the sandy beach at Sunj. A day trip into Dubrovnik is a must too!

Had a great stay at Antea. Friendly welcome with tips for the surroundings. Easy to contact, quick response. Very kind and helpful. Just outside the old town, so you are in the city in no time but do not have the hustle and bustle of the city. Walls with the neighbors are thin, so you have to be lucky for a quiet stay. Absolutely worth it, highly recommended!!!

Super stay! Bruno was a really welcoming host. The apartment had everthing you required. Set in a peaceful location about a 25 min walk into the old town. The view from the balcony was a real treat.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Great apartment and comfortable stay

What a wonderful place! The views of the bay of Kotor from this apartment are hard to beat, pair that with a pool and modern accommodation and you have a perfect combo! Irena was very communicative and responsive, great experience! Will recommend to friends visiting the area in the near future.

This stay at Nikola's was great! The location is ideal, both close to the sea and the surrounding coastal towns. Nikola advised us on many addresses and we thank him. Home is small but clean and functional. We could also use the large terrace to eat, it was very nice and above all very quiet :) There is also free parking and small shops nearby as well as several restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this place and would happily come back :)

I had a great stay at this apartment in Dubrovnik. Communication with the owner was excellent — very quick and helpful. The location is perfect, close to everything you might need. The apartment itself is clean and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were even some spices, pasta, and cereals left by previous guests, which was a nice touch. The view from the window isn’t the most spectacular, but I still really liked it — it’s a cozy spot to have your morning coffee. There are two grocery stores nearby and plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again!
