Secluded 2 bedroom MIL apartment w/own yard.

On the end of a road on the end of a road, this MIL suite is connected to my house and is situated on a park like 3 acres. Has a front and back entrance, fenced backyard, picnic table, full kitchen and den area. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom a single bed. One full bath with nice new 6 foot tub/shower. This place is simple, clean, and ready to go. The space has its own central heat and AC and hot water heater. I rest easy knowing this booking is less expensive than a local motel.

STUDIO apartment (650 square feet) in quiet neighborhood 4 miles from UNC campus and hospital. Apartment is in back of house on a small creek surrounded by trees. Posturepedic queen sized bed, a full sized sofa bed, WiFi, television with basic cable, full sized bathroom, full sized refrigerator, electric stove and range, access to shared laundry room, bamboo flooring, ample closet space. New renovated ranch home, 0.47 Acre lot. CHARM & Convenience!! 3Br Cottage-Style Ranch

This home is located in the more DESIRABLE and 'not as congested' low crime area of Durham near Chapel Hill, on a half acre lot in the rural buffer zone! You're really convenient to Duke Hospital/Duke campus, and also just a very short drive to Chapel Hill! The backyard is BIG and completely fenced in for family games or just enjoying the birds, or your dog's exercise! Duke Forest trails and New Hope Creek are VERY nearby for a wonderful hike during your stay.

Remodeled space high up in the trees on a large wooded lot on a secluded street. Please note that access to this unit requires going up 3 flights of stairs. There are 2 queen beds, one in each of the 2 bedrooms. Private, but only about 7 miles directly outside Chapel Hill/Carrboro. Easy access to all Chapel Hill/Carrboro/UNC activities and Park and Ride for UNC sporting events.
