Nearby is the beautiful mountain Ivanšćica, Cevo, Ravna gora, castle Trakošćan, Old town of Varaždin… The hot tub fills with water and prepares to use at the guest's request and is charged extra. A private apartment in a beautiful villa offers complete luxury and relaxation: a private pool, a wellness oasis with a comfortable ceramic jacuzzi, a private sunbathing area, a landscaped garden with sun loungers and a seating set. Enjoy peace, nature and complete privacy. Please note: in previous years we rented the entire villa for 10 guests. This season, only one private wellness apartment with 1 room, with a private pool and a private wellness room used only by guests, is open for reservations.

The house is located 7 km from the center of Varaždin, in Beretinac and offers an unforgettable vacation for all. Nearby is the XC Beretinec bike path, Cevo 7.5 km, Ivanščica 30 km, Varaždinske Toplice 15 km, Trakozenan 36 km, Zagreb Pleso 82 km. There is a sauna (no extra charge), a wooden wellness bath (hot/cold water if desired by the guest), parking, wifi. The cottage has access to a terrace - a gazebo and barbecue facilities. The house has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, 2 TVs, equipped kitchen.

Holiday House Gajski Vrh

The holiday house "Gajski Vrh" is a traditional oak house on two floors (90 m2), completely renovated in 2023. There are two bedrooms and a bathroomon the upper floor from witch a spiral staircase leads down to an open space with a kitchen, dining room and living room. From this area you can enter a separate wellness area with hot tube (jacuzzy), sauna and an additional bathroom. Both floors have terraces with a view of the surrounding hills and the city of Varaždin.

Holiday Home Boltar is located in a small village Seketin, only 10 km from Varaždin. Private outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers and infrared sauna are at your disposal,which makes this place a perfect spot for a nice and relaxing family or firends vacation.
