It has two bath and bedrooms next to a living room and kitchen. The apartment is within walking distance of the heart of the city center, a supermarket, a bakery, a bakery, butcher and delicatessen shops and only 10 minutes by bike to the beach of Scheveningen. The entire house has been recently renovated and we have as many original details as possible.

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Except for some chatting seagulls, the location of the house is quiet. Apartment is less than 10 min walking distance from metro station "Hoek van Holland Haven" and the "Stena Line" boat to England. From "Hoek van Holland Haven" you can take the metro to the beach (1 stop, 2 min). The beach is about 2.5 km from the apartment.

We had a very nice stay in this calm and lovely area. The house was a great accommodation and had everything necessary in order for us to have the best level of comfort. Marco and his lovely wife Miranda even gave us two bikes to use during our stay, which dove us around the area and the sweet little villages around. The tiny house is located in a vacation home area with many other tiny houses and provides lots of possibilities for leisure activities for everyone. Thank you for this memorable long weekend!

The house turned out to be even better than in the photos. Very cozy and has everything you need. We stayed for a few days with the kids. Nearby is a pasture with sheep. We didn't have a car, so it was a 20-minute walk from the nearest stop. On Sunday, the bus does not run early, this should be taken into account if the flight is early.

An outdoor terrace is shown with garden furniture, including a table and white chairs. A large black umbrella provides shade over the seating area. The chalet features expansive glass doors, allowing for ample natural light and views of the surrounding landscape.

Very nice personell. We had a good vacation. The house was nicely equipped and with the AC it was cooled down pretty quickly. Check-Out was super easy and communication went very well. I’d definitely recommend it for a nice long weekend with friends!

Ank’s place is about 30 minutes from Rotterdam and 45 minutes from Amsterdam. The place has its unique design and very culturally driven. Ank was nice enough to let us check in early and check out a little later. She spent twenty years building her house and big yard. Highly recommend to check out her place!
