Family-friendly vacation rentals in Oost Gelre

Had a nice stay with Henk and Nancy. Check-in was easy due to the instructions I received in time. The rooms were clean, tidy and cozily decorated. We stayed with the seven of us, and still had room to spare. Due to beautiful weather, we often sat outside, which was wonderful to stay under the canopy on the lounge set, but if you stay on less nice days, it is also certainly good inside with different seating areas. In a fifteen-minute walk you are on the Old Market (heart of the city). Everything exactly as pictured. In short: I recommend this place to everyone!

Lovely holiday home in corner of the park. Lots of privacy and that's nice with jacuzzi and sauna in the garden.

What a wonderful stay we had here! Beautiful super spacious farmhouse with a large garden with a view so beautiful! Bedrooms large wonderful beds! And of course also enjoyed the Jacuzzi! Aljanneke is a perfect host/hostess. Everything was arranged! Delicious beers, fresh apple juice! We will definitely be back! Surroundings are beautiful for both cycling and hiking and then also the beautiful places Deventer and Zutphen nearby!

It’s amazing place to stay here with family. Very clean, you have all equipment and nice garden. Here’s so quiet and calm. And off course many thanks to Wim and Hermien, they are so friendly and hospitable. Recomend this apartment for everybody!

A lovely place with plenty of space to enjoy. The hot tub and pool are really added value. We enjoyed ourselves every second.

Lovely house in beautiful surroundings. And Jacqueline and Joost are super hospitable and friendly. Communication was very easy from the beginning, and also during our stay. We have felt at home in their home. Very special that they just share their own beautiful house and let others enjoy it. Highly recommended!!

This cottage is a very special place. It is located in the middle of the forest, quiet, surrounded by birdsong, even deer have met us. It's just nice and especially to sit in the hot tub and enjoy the surroundings. I am very grateful for all the amenities we found: Everything is really thought of. Dear Claudia, thank you very much for making this house available to guests. Thanks also for your incredible hospitality. I've rarely spent my birthday in a more beautiful place. ♥️

The accommodation was great for my colleagues, clean and tidy. The communication was also great, fast and efficient, I recommend it to everyone!

Unfortunately we only came to sleep, but I could stay there wonderfully. Each bedroom has its own shower + toilet and there was even a sauna. Very relaxed hostess who had taken care of everything perfectly.

nice place you feel at home super 70 but we really liked that very cozy : ) equipped with every comfort (TV fine doush delicious mattresses, fine sofas kitchen was complete, and nice tavels outside where you can have breakfast or eat evening in the sun) Wonderful environment where you can walk infinitely with your dog !! mosquito creme with that !! and it's cottage 63 (in my R b&b description it said (I mean) 163

We've spent great time in Geesteren thanks to our lovely hosts. We wanted to spend few days in a peaceful, quiet place - and that's exactly what we've got. We loved the way the owners decorated the apartment - patchworks add the beautiful rustic touch to the interior of 'modern barn'. The most enjoyable part of our stay was observing the animals and birds passing by the meadow, especially deer and green woodpeckers :) And the night sky view - unforgettable. We would love to come back one day, hopefully for a bit longer. Highly reccomend to anyone who wants to slow down a little for few days :D

The stay was great. If you are looking for privacy or peace despite "Bungalow Park", you will be very happy here. Some pieces of furniture, such as the armchairs in the living room, have good traces of use but otherwise everything is plentiful and in good quality.

We planned to stay here for 1 month but we liked it so much we actually stayed for many months, Joey & Daniela are very welcoming hosts and even pick us up from the train station. We enjoyed our stay and the peaceful and beautiful house and surroundings and just a 15 min bike ride from the Winterswijk train station.

Very quiet apartment in a rural area, really a private place. The hosts were very friendly and easily accessible (in case of questions). Highly recommended!

A week of relaxation among the bustle of the birds. In rainy weather, there is plenty of space inside and in nice weather a very pleasant garden to sit in. Nearby, there is plenty to do, shops are close. Everything is available to cook for yourself. Baking pizza in the pizza oven was also fun to do. Definitely recommended. We felt comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful. Lots of nature in the area. Wild birds and animals. We particularly enjoyed the nature trails which were within walking distance, or just relaxing in the yard watching the horse walk by. We loved it. Thanks Linda for everything.

Vacation week with a 15-month-old daughter. The house is inside a campsite but everything is perfectly isolated and feels like it's in the middle of nowhere. The fact that it is inside a campsite was very useful because you had access to the camping services and because you could walk around very quietly. Due to bad weather, we could not take advantage of the pool, but it was very attractive. There is also a bathtub for the little ones.

A super cozy accommodation in quiet surroundings. Dogs are welcome and the adjacent forest is within 5 minutes walking distance. The accommodation is super equipped (toaster, dishwasher, hair dryer, spices, etc.) and even coffee for the coffee machine was available. The large garden offers sun all day, in the accommodation the temperature was pleasant even at 30° outside temperature. Most attractions and cities in the area can be reached within 30 minutes by car.

We had a wonderful weekend and that was not only due to the beautiful weather. Nice house where really everything was present. From pool to fireplace. Some guests had been given painful backs on the wooden outside furniture despite the cushions😂 We enjoyed it with the children and (big) grandchildren, great!

Great place right on the river. I was looking for something right by the water and this was perfect. It is very comfortable and quiet and very close to the Veluwezoom park. Marco and Milou are great hosts. The welcome was really friendly and I could always get in touch with questions. I will definitely try to be back. Thanks a lot!

Friendly host, beautiful surroundings, beautiful cottage in beautiful nature. Not far from Deventer and easy to reach from the highway. Recommended!
