Our road is bumpy in and steep in areas, but we have never had a guest not make it up here. This cottage is private, even though it is next to our residence. It has a 6' privacy fence. Once inside the gate,you are met with beautiful landscaping and a view of Lake Isabella and the surrounding mountains that are well worth the drive.The cottage is set for 1-2 adults.

We had a lovely stay at Cindy’s Airbnb. If you are looking for tranquility, wonderful views, and a perfectly appointed A frame cabin this is your jam. Cindy was incredibly responsive as a host, she has paid attention to detail in decorating the cabin and overall, it was a wonderful experience. It can be tricky to light the pellet fireplace, so come armed with YouTube videos to figure it out.

This place, filled with Krish’s beautiful and kind spirit, was the perfect getaway. I left all my stress behind. During the day, I enjoyed the peaceful sound of birds, and at night, it felt like a magical movie under the stars. No need for camping gear — just show up and enjoy stunning nature at an affordable price. Everything was perfect. I missed trying the solar sauna, but I’ll be back for it next time! If you get to know the host, you’re in for a treat. Krish isn’t just helpful — he’s like a natural comedian. Great food tips, outdoor recs, and plenty of laughs. You’ll feel like you found a secret nature retreat… and a comedy club. Highly recommended for nature lovers! Thank you, Krish, for creating such a warm and thoughtful space. Your kindness and humor made this trip even more special. Hope to see you again next time!

Absolutely stunning. From the pictures and description, I thought there was no way it could be that good, but it actually blew away my expectations. Beautiful location, views, and scenery. I will be coming here every single year moving forward. It had everything I was looking for and more. If you want to escape the city and connect with nature, you will have a hard time finding a better place than this. Also, the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole trip. We loved our stay here! It was clean and spacious for our family of 4 + our dog. Steven provided all the info ahead of time, even instructions on how to most efficiently cool down the home and was very responsive to any questions I had about the home or things to do in the area. Steve suggested we check out the Trail of 100 Giants and it was perfect for us! I’m also used to other Airbnb having a list of things to do before check out but Steve said not to worry and just to enjoy. He was also flexible with check out time which made it so relaxing for us & was very appreciated. Only thing that surprised us was the photos gave the impression that we were isolated from everyone else, but there’s actually homes all around. This is not a big deal though as it was still plenty of privacy. I didn’t see anyone while there so it checked off what we were looking for and we would love to come back. We had a wonderful experience.

Mid-Century Creekside Cabin with Hot Tub

Cannot say enough how amazing this cabin and location is!!! The pictures do not do the creek justice and the sounds.....heavenly. Expect a symphony of frogs and bubbling creek sounds - it's truly an oasis. Thoughtful in all the amenities (cast iron pan, seasonings, games etc.) and within quick driving distance to Kernville (check out Something Sweeter, cutest ice cream place!) or to fishing and other Lake Isabella/Wofford Heights spots. Robyn is super communicative and had all kinds of suggestions for things to do and what was going on that weekend. We will 100% be back and were sad to go!
