The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ovens with all kitchenware. Nice living room with TV. Non-convertible sofa. A separate bedroom with TV as well, 160 cm bedding. Dressing room. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine. Located on the 1st floor, quiet, balcony. Your parking space is secured by a gate.
