The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). This unique place has a style all its own. Located near the city's Axeltorv, close to eateries and shops, and close to the harbor quay. This is the house for a cozy weekend or a longer vacation. The house contains 2 floors with a living room floor, which is decorated as a tasteful "meeting room" with a smaller kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor is a larger city apartment with a large, bright and south-facing living room, kitchen in retro style (renovated), bathroom with toilet and bedroom. Private cozy courtyard.

Boathouse

Home away from home… Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend in this gently renovated, thatched-roof gem from 1860 – surrounded by nature and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Open the patio door and step out onto your private terrace overlooking the water. In the summer, you can rinse off the saltwater under the outdoor shower. The boathouse is a separate residence, while I live in the main house with my two cats. Cleaning is included – so you can enjoy your stay from start to finish.

The holiday home is located on Lolland between Nakskov and Maribo in a beautiful and exciting manor environment close to the station town of Sølllested and within walking distance to the beautiful forest areas of the estate. Direct access from the dining area to a lovely garden with plenty of beautiful sunny spots. Silence and lots of nature. The home has a total of 8 sleeping places in 3 double bedrooms and 1 room with 2 single beds. The home has 1 large modern bathroom and 1 smaller guest toilet.

The Garden House

Visit one of Denmark's most popular islands and stay in a luxurious half-timbering house with an impressive fireplace. The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Surrounded by your own quiet garden with two private terrasses. The spacious 40 sqm house is renovated with modern comfort. NOTE: From June 1st to September 1st, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Ocean view & coziness in a stylish summer house on Langø

Overlooking the water and located by Langø harbor, you can have a relaxing holiday in our newly renovated cottage, which we have renovated ourselves over the past few years. We would like to share our place in the small fishing village of Langø with others who appreciate personal decor, relaxation on the terrace with magical sunsets, a lovely large kitchen-living room and a cozy enclosed garden. Eat at home or at the fish bar at the harbor and go on trips in the area.
