In the living room, there is a heater, armchair, TV and desk area. Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop) and in the bedroom, shower and separate toilet.

Studio with an independent entrance adjoining my main residence is located 2 km from Rodez Cathedral (heart of the city center). It is equipped with a shower room, toilet, equipped kitchen, TV and Wi-Fi. Free street parking is available (proximity depending on remaining spaces). The house is located in a quiet area of Rodez near the peaceful green site of Layoule (5 km walking trail along the Aveyron). The bed is made when you check-in.
