Brand new stylish renovated villa in Denia!

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Terrace and garden, and very quiet neighborhood. Access to the community pools that are open all year round and 5 minutes from the restaurant, pharmacy. The condo is very close to Buddhist Center. About 15 minutes from Dénia, and Jávea, and very close to a shopping center where you can go to shops, supermarket

In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.
