Overall a good experience

Rio Luxury apartment was fantastic. It offers great value for money. We needed to stay for one night in the area, and didn't expect much for the money we paid. It was spotless, had everything we needed, and even had slippers for each person! Very well cared apartment with nice design. It will always be our first choice for a stay in Nicosia in the future.

Michalis was an extremely helpful host. He provided us with plenty of additional furniture for our 7 month old while also being extremely responsive when the WiFi stopped working. Great host and great apartment.

The apartment was spotless, bright and very comfortable for a family of four. It was just like the photos. It had all the amenities we could need. In a very quiet neighborhood where you felt safe. Any questions that came up with her help was immediate. He also helped us on an excursion we wanted to organize. Thanks for everything. If we come back to Nicosia we will definitely choose it again!!

The place is fantastic! From the time we checked in to the time we left, no problems what so ever! Lots of space, nice furnishings and two bathrooms! But what really stood out is the large balcony with a walkout from the living room and both bedrooms. The surrounding neighbourhood feels very safe. The only little glitch is the parking space. One has to be a very good driver to get in and out of it. But not to worry. Lots of parking spaces on the street, right outside the door.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place! The apartment is cozy, spotlessly clean, and full of unique interior details that give it a lot of charm. We felt very welcome and would highly recommend staying here. A small tip: as mentioned in some previous reviews, the location can be a bit tricky to find at first. We found that using “Here WeGo” maps works perfectly—it has the correct location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was a great size, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool was great and there was plenty of much needed shade throughout the day, as well as sunny areas. The living area was comfortable and spacious and as a keen cook, I found the kitchen to be really well equipped, it had everything we needed. Our host was fantastic, he couldn’t have been more helpful, he was on hand to deal with any issues but never intrusive. We loved the welcome goodies provided for us, that was a lovely and generous surprise. We’d definitely return to the villa if we come back to this area in the future.

The house is in a very advantageous location for those coming for vacation. One of the biggest advantages is that it is only 3-4 minutes by car to the Merit Hotels area. The house was extremely clean, carefully furnished and quite comfortable. Everything you might need in the kitchen and bathroom was thought of; all household appliances and personal care products were complete. During our stay, we experienced a sudden water outage around 11:30 p.m. We were worried about having problems at such an hour, but the host Ms. Beyhan quickly resolved the situation. It was really admirable that he came with his team and intervened late at night. Thanks to this approach, we were always at ease. Overall, we were very satisfied with the house and the host's attention. We recommend it with peace of mind.

We had a very nice stay. A place where you can feel at home. You can reach the Ferit Hotels in about 3 minutes on foot.

First of all, I would like to thank the hosts for their interest. The location of the house is one of the most central locations in Cyprus, we came home without taking anything with us and we had everything we needed. The design and old texture of the house were fascinating. It was a great experience for us. Thank you for everything.

This stay was perfect for our family! We so enjoyed staying at Christina’s place. Between the toys for our kids, the private nature of the unit, as well as the comfortable amenities, we would gladly recommend this place to anyone else looking to book in greater Nicosia! An added plus is the fact that she does not use any harsh chemicals when cleaning the house.

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. It is very nice to be within walking distance to Maraş beach and I liked the home decoration and the house was clean and hassle-free

The house is great, flawless, mountain view on one side and sea on the other, I highly recommend it.

We've had a lovely stay at Angela's beach front flat. The view of the sunset from the terrace was stunning. The swimming pools were right in front of our door and very large (good for swimming) and had a stunning view of the sea. Cyprus is quite small, so it's easy and quick to get to different beaches and historic sites. Whenever we needed something, Angela was right there to assist us! Thank you ! :) The Northern part of Cyprus is very beautiful, towards Girne there are a lot of new developments being built.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Fredrik and Ulrika were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, located in a secure gated complex.
