Upscaled Loft in Historic Center with sunny patio

Our guest apartment is absolutely brand new, transformed from an old typography workshop to a sophisticated design space. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. But I prefer to respect your privacy so I let you know to contact me (sms, mail, phone) if you have any request or concerns. Also there is available a unique guide with various info’s and many tips for the city in order to facilitate you to self-manage your needs and discover the “genius loci” of the place. The apartment lies in the neighborhood of Psiri, one of the oldest districts of Athens around the rock of Acropolis. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece. Parking using a low-cost card or at private parking to the next block by a daily fee (starting from 5€) Don’t hesitate to ask information about current cultural and social events around the city during your stay. Also I m a young mom and I can share with other moms many facilities for feeding, sleeping or creative play for newborns and kids.

Our stay at Ioannis’s apartment exceeded all expectations. The place was very easy to find and the directions given were helpful. The interior of the apartment is beautiful and exactly like the photos shown. The location is best case scenario being very walkable to all attractions and feeling very safe. I will absolutely be staying at these apartments next time in Athens.

Maria was very kind from the beginning, allowing us to check in early. When we entered the apartment we were very happy that it was very clean. He also managed to create a very welcoming environment! The location is excellent because it is very well connected with transportation, both bus and metro. At the end of the stay, there was nothing left to say but to thank you for helping to make our vacation beautiful!

A spacious, quiet and convenient apartment walkable to everything Athens has to offer. Peter was kind, helpful and always responsive. His instructions and information were as clear as I have ever known. He even helped us find a taxi for our onward journey - nothing was too much trouble. There are some reviews which criticise the area, but we beg to differ. OK, it’s what you might expect in the middle of a big city, but set right by the National Theatre we felt safe, secure and relaxed at all times. The apartment was big, and has a terrific view. It was really well equipped and spotlessly clean. Thanks Peter - we’ll be back!

Beautiful large contemporary place. View of acropolis very minimal with a graffiti building blocking pictures. Can’t see it well from the corner of deck. That was the only disappointing thing as the original listing we booked was cancelled morning of arrival to Greece. This was a replacement not as nice outdoor space or as cozy inside as our original listing. We booked the original listing several months in advance. We did have a place to stay!
