Die Villa ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und liegt in ruhiger Umgebung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der private Pool – ein echtes Highlight. Der Strand ist in nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet mit einer charmanten Beachbar entspannte Musik und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Uta ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub in dieser tollen Villa verbringen durften. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier absolut weiterempfehlen.

Was such a wonderful stay, The appartment is spacious, super clean and tidy with a touch of creativity in each corner, right on the beach surrounded with mountains and turquoise beach and with a huge terrace fully equipped with BBRQ and beautiful plants. Karin was a wonderful host made everything easy from start to finish we loved this place and we will definitely be back.

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Salalah. The space was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The ocean view was absolutely amazing and made our mornings extra special. We also appreciated the little extras like the board games – a nice touch for relaxing evenings. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and we had complete privacy throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped stay in Salalah!

Essa goes above and beyond to help you, plus the apartment is huge and is on a GREAT location (very walkable). Essa is super kind, friendly and has a lot of recommendations for places (He has been the best host I ever been in contact with).

A good budget friendly spot for couples. Some additional touches can make the space better such as providing an electric kettle, iron (even if without a board), complimentary toiletries/water even if not such a big deal, bigger dustbin for the kitchen, tissues, etc. Overall, the stay was pleasant and Osama is easily reachable and responsive.

Saeed was an amazing host. Very generous and the place had absolutely everything we need. Service was amazing and he was extremely friendly. Me and my family had an amazing holiday and will do it again for sure!

One of the best accommodations I've experienced on Airbnb. The house is beautifully furnished. It has everything you need. The surroundings are very quiet, which makes it really easy to relax. The highlight for me was the outdoor area with the cute pool, for relaxing, especially under the stars of the Arabian nights. Communication with Els was wonderful and always very helpful. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa von Sabrina und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen! Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Sabrina hat bei Fragen etc. sehr schnell reagiert und uns Tipps gegeben für die Umgebung. Die Villa ist gut zu finden. Ab dem Airport SLL ist Hawana schon ausgeschildert. Parkplätze sind ausreichend direkt davor vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber, das Bett frisch bezogen und ausreichend Handtücher waren vorhanden. Sabrina war so lieb und hatte Wasser im Kühlschrank bereit gestellt sowie ein paar Chips/Snacks. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Auch einige Gewürze, Öle etc. waren vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse mit Lagunenblick steht ein großer Tisch, so dass man auch draußen essen kann. Insgesamt ist es ruhig, so dass man nachts gut schlafen kann. Ab und an ist abends in einem nahen Hotel Kinderdisco, aber spätestens ab 23 Uhr ist Ruhe. Der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen (Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden). Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

We had an exceptional stay at this villa in Jabal Akhdar! The place was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a perfect retreat in the mountains. The heated swimming pool was a fantastic feature, allowing us to relax and enjoy the cool climate in total comfort. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. The caretaker was also very helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and easy access to nearby attractions. It truly made our trip unforgettable. For the price, this villa was excellent value for money! We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Jabal Akhdar. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

Great spacious space in Hawana Salalah, with a ground floor living room and the bedroom upstairs. Easy check-in with clear instructions, and the communication was smooth.

Bader’s place was amazing for my family and I. The place was very clean, the host left us food and drink when we arrived. Bader was a great host, very responsive with extremely clear instructions and insights. The accommodation is in a very nice neighborhood, the pool and gym in the building very clean. I would definitely recommend staying at Bader’s place.

If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and picturesque then I would definitely recommend this location. The apartment facilities (beach and pool) were brilliant. Andrin was proactive and extremely from the moment we booked. The location is slightly remote (about 30 minutes from airport and city centre). The apartment itself is was clean, comfortable and as described. We will definitely be back!

The view from the flat was absolutely gorgeous. The place is right in front of a huge and beautiful beach, close to Wadi Darbat, easy to access by car. There is nothing better than hearing the sound of the waves when you wake up. I definitely recommend this place.
