Apartment fully equipped with everything, really amazing! Great location for me as I had a course in the city center, with convenient parking. The spaces are very spacious and livable, the communication with the host very detailed. I can only recommend this accommodation. The added value for me was also the proximity (within walking distance) of a great supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants.

This is a vey clean, comfortable and quiet apartment, despite being in the center of town. Roberta and Cesare are friendly and flexible, and helpful with any issues that may arise. The living area is perfect for two people - my husband and I enjoyed our stay.

She is a fantastic host. She responds immediately, very kind and genuine person. Even though we had to leave the place, she helped us find a different place. She is very helpful and a superb host.

The house was absolutely perfect — comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Patrizia was a wonderful host: kind, helpful, and always available when we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Giulia is an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. The apartment has its own charm with antiques and a lovely patio off the main living area. Sit back and relax, while enjoying the birds chirping and the lovely green space. A great place to relax after a big day of touring. The bed is quite large and very comfortable. The apartment is a lot larger than the pictures show and perfect for a couple or even a family. It has everything you need for your stay. Giulia no longer offers any breakfast items or cooking supplies, but the espresso is welcomed in the morning. Our stay was very comfortable and it was nice to to stay in a quiet home-away-from home while travelling.

Luca was extremely helpful; we spent a nice, very quiet and relaxing week in the historic center; the air conditioning (double split) in these hot days was a great help; the welcome was excellent even if the train arrived late in the evening; the kitchen is very well equipped as well as the bathrooms; when I go to Reggio it is my favorite accommodation.

We stayed at Jacopo's to celebrate the 30th anniversary of our graduation. We were 8 friends looking for a large green space where we could spend time and have a barbecue while listening to music. The house is a large renovated barn with a refined bucolic character. The house is well equipped, the objects of the house give it its own and interesting style that smells of past travels, the air conditioning is present and effective. Exposed beams painted white give light, the view of the countryside is a watercolor by an artist, the outdoor space delighted by the scent of lime and an American vine that wraps around the house are a breath of well-being. Jacopo allowed us to check in early and was empathetic and supportive on a couple of occasions. The house has a convenient and covered parking space where you can leave your car, and at night, crickets and fireflies will catapult you into another dimension.

Monia was attentive to our needs and very present. Always kind. I really appreciated some amenities found upon our arrival such as a bottle of water, everything you need both to make breakfast and to cook something. Very cozy and original accommodation! We felt comfortable and welcome right from the start, especially through the friendly encounter with Dominique. Surroundings is perfect for nature lovers. You can take beautiful e-bike tours and stock up on groceries in the nearby village or visit the restaurants and bars.

Federico is an exceptional host, he was attentive at all times and made it very easy for me to check in. The house is even better than the photos and it has everything the guest needs! Thank you for everything!

Had a wonderful stay at this very clean, cute, and colorful studio. There is soft lighting for night, but it's bright during the day with two large windows and an open view. The bed was very comfortable, towels were soft and thick, kitchen was well stocked, and there was sufficient space to hang clothes. A/C worked well during the very hot days. Automatic blinds in the bathroom and sliding doors on the windows keep it dark for sleeping. Great having a washer, full-length mirror, large tv, nice shampoo and shower gel, bottled water in the fridge, and even tissues. The building is modern with a roomy elevator and it's in a very quiet area only 5 minutes walk from the train station and about a 15-minute walk to the Cathedral and historic center. I also loved having a vegan restaurant right downstairs. Check-in process was smooth and easy. Federico and Teresa were lovely hosts, accommodated an earlier arrival, and quickly responded to my many questions. I definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, everything worked out well. The apartment was inviting and clean, communication with Martina very nice. Parma is a great city!In fact, the street in front of the apartment can be heard very clearly inside, but that did not bother us. The private parking behind the house is great.

Very nice, quiet place to stay. Warm and welcoming hosts, we got many tips. Car needed to reach the many beautiful places and delicious restaurants.

The Suite was very clean and well furnished with everything you need. The host was always available, nice and helpful. We loved the breakfast and the Whirlpool was always clean. Overall great experience and we had nothing to complain about. Thank you for the experience
