This is a beautiful vacation home with outdoor swimming pool on the private estate "De Kleikamp". The remodeled farm has a thatched roof and is located in the gorgeous country side close to the river the Issel, near the small town of Olst, 20 minutes from the city of Deventer. The lovely house consists of 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, making it ideal for people that have difficulty walking upstairs. There are 4 bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a kitchen. There is a barn with a carport for 2 cars, and plenty of parking in the circular driveway. The heated swimming pool has the unique feature of a cover that can be open or closed, so it can be used in any kind of weather. There is a pool house with shower, toilet, outdoor hot shower and changing room. The estate consists of 20 acres of beauty and includes a very large yard, a meadow with a pond and part of a forest with hiking trails. The home can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for entertaining and for families and friends with children. Last summer our parents moved out of this beautiful remodeled farm house. We, the five daughters, love this house and want to keep it in the family. We decided to make it available as a vacation rental so we can enjoy it and share the peace and quite of this unique place with others. The Cloverleaf

Beautifully situated in the coulisse landscape between the Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zwolle, our vacation home is located in the small village of Den-Nul, municipality of Olst-Wijhe. The vacation home is over 122 m2 with PVC floor and equipped with floor heating and consists of a living room, kitchen, hallway, separate toilet, bathroom and 1 bedroom. Furthermore, the vacation home has a large terrace with views over the fishing pond and countryside. Where you can completely relax. Note: Bring bath and kitchen linens!

Comfortable home with sauna and swimming spa

Holiday home 't Grootenhuis is located in the village of Den Nul, between Olst and Wijhe along the river Ijssel, on the edge of the Duursche Waarden nature reserve. This comfortable group house has a traditional Finnish sauna and a large whirlpool (suitable for 10-12 people) measuring over 2.5 by 4.5 metres, massage jets and a large blower, so you can work out against the current. Dalvèr 3

Detached characteristic house located next to a meadow overlooking the forest from the bedroom and is located on the outskirts of Wapenveld and 11 km from Zwolle. The house is 50 meters away from the Veluwe forests and close to floodplains of the river Ijssel. From the house there are numerous hiking paths (clog path) and cycling routes. The hot tub and pizza oven are included in the stay. The house has 2 bedrooms with box spring, living room, kitchen with accessories and shower and toilet.

Private cottage on farmyard

Nice place to go on foot or by bike in the beautiful Salland landscape. The cottage is located on the grounds of our farm and was originally a pig barn. There are various animals on the farm (ponies, dogs, cats, chickens and a rabbit). The cozy city of Deventer is 10 km away today and Zwolle is 30 km away. For a regular guest, the days are blocked every other week. In consultation, these days can often be reserved, so please indicate this in your request.
