Waterfront vacation rentals in Olonne-sur-Mer, Les Sables-d'Olonne

Very large apartment, very functional, the decoration is extraordinary, everything is thought out in every detail, it feels very good. Ideally located for beautiful walks by the sea and close to restaurants and shops, this accommodation is a real gem, we will come back to spend a real vacation there and not a weekend. We also really appreciated the parking space nearby, which is rare in Les Sables d'Olonne. Nelly is very responsive and incredibly kind.

It is a beautiful studio in a very good location, well-equipped, with an elevator and a beautiful sea view. Breakfast facing the sea on the very pleasant balcony. Not a lot of restaurants all around and a pedestrian street with lots of shops for shopping fans and foodies, several ice cream parlors in this street. Great stay for a weekend in La Chaume/Les Sables. Clean apartment with all necessities. Bright, pleasant with a large balcony, very pleasant for aperitifs or breakfasts. Quiet residence both inside and out. Easy parking and transportation with the free shuttle, a real plus! Proactive host with his dad, very welcoming and accessible.

Stay offered to my parents, they were delighted. Very friendly welcome by the owner, very clean, functional and very pleasant accommodation, good location. Perfect, they highly recommend it. All that was missing was the sun!

Pat's place is really amazing. The fact that it is dual-aspect offers a beautiful view of both the bay and the port. Excellent equipment. Also note the availability and efficiency of Laurent who greeted us.

Our 4 days at the Hermitage accommodation went very well. Our host was very responsive and her instructions were very clear. The accommodation is well located, quiet, not far from the port or the large beach. We did all our trips by bike during the stay. The highlight of the apartment is its ocean view which is only a 2 min walk. The only inconvenience was a pipe smell that can probably be quickly removed. We highly recommend.

We had a great time at Hasard's house. the terrace with pool is superb and is great for rest and wonderful moments with friends. the house is within walking distance of the village of La Chaume with local shops and 5 minutes' drive from the rest. and at the end of yours the beach... the location is great. Elodie is adorable, responsive and very accommodating. a great time.

We had a great week-long stay in early May 2025 (2 adults and 1 child aged 12). The house is spacious, very well equipped (the choice of dishes is huge, everything else is great too) and its unique asset is its direct ocean view through its large bay windows. We were able to enjoy the ocean every day to eat on the terrace. Access is easy and the location allows you to reach the sandy beaches nearby fairly quickly (even on foot). Lionel and Roselyne are super welcoming and attentive to the well-being of the occupants. We were warmly welcomed and received all the information for a great stay. The house is easily accessible and allows you to visit most of the attractions in the area fairly quickly... and if you don't want to do anything and stay on site, that's fine too :)

Anthony's house is tastefully decorated and matches the photos. We could enjoy the outdoors, it would be a plus, but the walls don't push. The proximity to the beach, market, restaurants, church has its advantages and disadvantages (noises). The deep cleaning was not to my liking but everyone has their own preferences. Would definitely stay again.

Coming by train we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. In the apartment there is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We added one night to the reservation so much we liked the place.

The location is perfect, especially for avid beach goers! The town is also incredibly walkable from the location. The apartment was spacious and very welcoming!

The apartment is in a great location, it is only 100m to the beach. Next to the house, the dunes start right away and it's nice and quiet. From the loggia, you can see the sea. Around the corner is a fish and seafood shop, so you can stock up right there and cook in the fully equipped kitchen. The private parking is a nice bonus. Within walking distance there is only one restaurant and no direct shopping, apart from the Firschmarkt, but that did not bother us.

Very well located and clean accommodation. Peaceful residence with everything available. I recommend it.

This apartment is in a great location with views over the harbour and the sea. It is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We like that once there it is possible to leave your car in its parking space and walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. A lovely place for a calm and restful holiday.
