We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!

A great weekend spent in this beautiful accommodation. Matches the photos and descriptions, even beyond expectations, it seemed bigger than in the photos, very positive. Clean place where we felt right at home: cozy, cocooning and warm. A beautiful exterior for breakfast and other meals outside. A big thank you to Audrey for her exchanges and availability. Wild Dunes was even better than we expected. Clean, bright, airy with good size rooms and air conditioning in the main rooms. A beautiful garden, with a great pool, loungers and furniture plus outdoor games (petanque court, chess, darts, table tennis). 10-15 mins by bike to the local boulangerie and port. 1 hours walk to the lighthouse which was great with the dog. Clara and Pascal were lovely hosts. Always willing to help and make suggestions, without being obtrusive. While it was not an issue for us and only my opinion, the garden is great for adults and older children but not what I would call 'foolproof' for young children or 'excitable' dogs. Various steps, flagstone paths with pebbles and only a small grassy area offer some risk of accident. Having said that the pool was great, with good safety features and our dog had a great time communicating with the other dogs and there was plenty of room at the front and sides to sniff around. So maybe I'm over thinking it.

I had a pleasant stay in their studio with all the comforts you need and very clean. Very nice terrace where, upstream, they had found a system to secure the space for my cat who accompanied me during this stay. Line and her family are very friendly, warmly welcome and the friendly exchanges throughout the stay were very appreciable. Many things are nearby, whether shops, restaurants, bike trails, the beach, the market... So many places to discover that I will return to the island and especially without hesitation to Line and her family.

A fantastic property with plenty of room to be comfortable and relax fully. The outdoor space is fantastic for groups and provides both daytime and evening capacity. The inside of the house is nicely turned out and offers plenty of room for even larger groups; kid-friendly too. The only frustration with the property was the outdoor shower by the pool, which didn't work properly. However, as we had one of the bedrooms spare (which was by the pool), we could get the kids washed off there instead. The local area is beautiful and wonderfully peaceful; enough amenities to be self-sufficient in the house, as well as enough restaurants and evening venues nearby if you want to venture out. Overall, a wonderful place and a wonderful property - merci beaucoup Joulia!!

This was the third time in this lovely house. Close to the center of the village and within walking distance of the sea!! Highly recommended!

Well-arranged accommodation, close to amenities and a stone's throw from the port of Saint-Martin. A very responsive host who takes good care of his guests; he responded quickly to water damage in one of the bathrooms. Too bad the local products were no longer available in the accommodation. Ile de Ré is definitely an expensive destination, but well worth it! I recommend visiting outside of August if possible, as it can be quite busy and prices tend to be higher. We were very lucky with the weather during our stay — it was unusually hot and humid. Keep in mind that the house does not have air conditioning or fans. I mentioned this to Didier, the fabulous host, and he has since purchased fans for the house, which is much appreciated! The location is perfect for families and friends, allowing everyone to enjoy their preferred activities: biking, relaxing at the beach, or shopping in the charming local stores of La Couarde.

A very pleasant house 30 seconds' walk from the beach, with the pool as a bonus to enjoy. A real pleasure to open the shutters in the morning, hear the sound of the waves and feel the spray. We had a lovely stay, communication with Stéphane was smooth. He was a very responsive and caring host.

Very nice stay in La Flotte! The accommodation is great and matches the photos, in a peaceful residence. The center is 3 minutes away by bike, everything is easily accessible. We recommend!

Amazing accommodation, I came for a family weekend (7 people) and it was perfect! We didn't get in each other's way because the accommodation is very large. Pool was very well maintained, neighborhood was quiet and discreet. I would 100% recommend it, I'll be back. A big thank you to Anthony for this beautiful accommodation and his kindness. This is our second stay at Jean-François's because we really appreciate the welcome, the house, the garden and the peaceful environment of La Cotinière. The house is very clean and contains all you need. It is very well located close to shops (supermarket, bakery, fishmonger and many restaurants, etc.) and the sea and yet very quiet. The garden is very pleasant and relaxing. I recommend this place to stay.

We felt very comfortable and welcome, the apartment with the terrace and the beautiful garden are a gem. The sea is close and the surroundings are very quiet. Only the Internet kept dropping out, which was sometimes annoying.

We had a great time at Melanie's home. The house is spacious and comfortable. It has all the necessary equipment (including the small details and basic supplies that make the difference). The house has a garage for bikes, which is a plus because we brought ours. We found the location of the house perfect for exploring the entire island of Oléron by bike. Great value overall. We'll be happy to go back!
