You will be staying in a comfortable, fully furnished holiday home, the "Dashuis". The house is next to our private house and has a private entrance. You have your own, enclosed terrace with plenty of privacy. In the immediate vicinity, there is a good chance that you will encounter deer or a kingfisher. The location is in a natural area with spacious walking and cycling possibilities. Cities are easily accessible, Leeuwarden 30 min., Groningen 40 min. A direct bus to Heerenveen with, among other things, the Thialf ice stadium.

Bicycles available! There are also beautiful ATB routes nearby that you can try out. You can do shopping in the village itself. If you are looking for a larger shopping center, Gorredijk (known for Rinsma modeplein) Sportstad/Thialf Heerenveen, Drachten, Leeuwarden, and Sneek are also easy to drive to.

The lovely sunny garden with terrace, are around the cottage and give you complete privacy. In the morning you can walk to the local bakery for fresh rolls. A walk has so started in the opposite park-like Molenbosch. With the free bicycles you can explore the wooded, rural area via all kinds of routes. A place to unwind!

When we arrived, Ella gave us a warm welcome. She then showed us around the place and briefed us really well. After asking really nicely, we were even allowed to use their Garden Hose to clean off our cars, after the Heavy rain. It’s a very cool area. Big Driveway. Perfect Place for carguys. Thanks for being able to have such a nice stay!

Wonderful stay in a modern airbnb. Beautifully spacious bathroom, lovely large bed and kitchen what we needed. Close to the Colonies of Benevolence and the Drents-Friese Wold. Actually in between what had the advantage that the location (Boijl) is not touristy, but close to the culture, nature and relaxation. Siebe is a relaxed host, which clicked well.

Great host who took good care of us. We also got some eggs from their own chickens. A very nice hiking area in a nice forest near the house for those who want to be active. The only thing we reacted to was that the plot was very close to a busy road. Considerations for those who are light-sensitive. We had missed noting that when we looked at the map. A very nice house.

What a lovely stay in such a charming village. I was there to look at horses and found this to be an extremely comfortable and charming accommodations after a drive through the tulip fields on the way north. Highly recommend! Also took a jog through the countryside which was a memorable stroll!!
