The apartment is located in the trendy district of Plagwitz directly opposite the Westwerk. Several cultural facilities (cinema, Schaubühne Lindenfels, cotton spinning mill, rock cellar) and restaurants are located in the area. The Karl Heine Canal, which is almost by the house, invites you to relax.

The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. The house and apartment have been carefully renovated and individually furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable studio is open with a separate sleeping area, door to the bathroom, spacious living area and private terrace.
