Welcome to our Garden House. We once converted our garage to outfit a coffee roaster and have since curated the space into a cozy apartment nestled between garden beds. What a fulfilling DIY project! Here you will find modern day comforts mixed with finishing touches from days of old. Enjoy our eclectic sensibility and settle in for simple delights. A bath before bed and great coffee in the morning are some of our best bits. Stay for the night or for a while. We hope you relax in our calm space.

Come to the Carriage House and get away from the stress of everyday life. Relax and enjoy the comfy tiny house and the resort feel of the property. ALL ONE ROOM(Including bath/see pics). Enjoy relaxing by the pool (open seasonally & shared)or cook out on the gas grill. So many unique touches make this property the perfect place to get away from it all. Great restaurants, the Depot Museum,Toy and Action Figure Museum,and The Vault art gallery are here in our quaint little town of Pauls Valley

Cabin in the Woods, 10 minutes to Bartlesville

Our guest cabin is set on 20 wooded acres in the Osage Hills at the end of a private gravel road. It feels completely isolated, but it's only 10 minutes to downtown Bartlesville, 20 minutes to Pioneer Woman's Merc, and an hour to Tulsa. There is a full kitchen, living area, and full bath on the ground floor, with a queen and twin bed on the 2nd floor. There is no TV to interfere with the quiet, although WiFi keeps you connected. We live in the main house and are always available if needed.

Eufaula the largest lake in OK & home to world-class fishing. The home is ideal for couples or a small family that want to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life. Located 7 miles south of Eufaula, 3 miles to a nice boat ramp, 2 miles to Carlton Landing. 25 miles from McAlester for great shopping & dining.

The Curious Little Cottage

This former 19th century stable hand quarters (Built in 1880) has been remodeled into a modern studio. Filled with curious tidbits, mind bending puzzles and unique creations it will provide a wonderful little cozy getaway. Tucked away in the back corner of the property you can enjoy the privacy of a cabin in the middle of town. Curious little cottage is only eight blocks from Tulsa Fairgrounds, minutes away from shopping downtown and the blue dome district.

Beautifully sits on the side of a hill overlooking a pond with a pecan grove as the backdrop. Peaceful, quiet, conveniently located just off a main highway * Prepare your food in the kitchen area or cook on the grill * Swing on the front porch or sit on the back porch * Walk among the trees, feed the ducks, pet the donkey, enjoy nature! Each cottage has an open, spacious floor plan that includes a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, with a Keurig coffee maker, a luxurious bathroom with large walk-in shower and stand alone bathtub, a comfy sofa with pull out bed and a cozy gas fireplace. The cottages are located just off Lover’s Lane. Take a stroll, check out a fishing pole and head over to the pond, or take our canoe out for a spin.

Lemmons Lemman - A Charming Country Getaway

Our recently remodeled guest house is nestled in the heart of Osage County countryside, all while being located less than 10 minutes from downtown Pawhuska. Artfully decorated, it features locally handmade furniture along with beautiful woodwork. Guests can enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire pit, receive a peaceful night's rest, and wake up, enjoying a cup of coffee while overlooking the landscape.
