This is a two-story 100-square-meter detached house with a unique Japanese-style room, welcome to experience traditional Japanese houses. The house is located in Nagoya Port Area, 8 minutes walk from Aonami Line Inae Station, 16 minutes by tram to Nagoya Station without transfer, with 2 parking spaces, suitable for self-driving family trips. Nearby are Nagoya LEGOLAND (10 minutes by car, 2 stops by bus ¥240), Nagoya Aquarium (8 minutes by car, 5 stops by bus ¥210), Railway Museum (10 minutes by car, 2 stops by bus ¥240), and other family-friendly attractions. Ground floor bathroom with large bathtub 2nd floor, bathroom, shower Japanese tatami room on the first floor (can accommodate 6-8 beds, there is a sliding door in the middle, please inform us in advance if you need to separate it), 4 western beds on the second floor. It can accommodate up to 10 people, with toilets and showers on each floor for multiple families to travel at the same time. Access is a 14-minute walk from Meitetsu and Higashi-Okazaki Stations and a 9-minute drive from the Tomei Expressway and Okazaki Interchange. It is a 10-minute walk to Kosei City area and a 21-minute walk to Okazaki Castle. It is in a very accessible location for cherry blossom viewing and fireworks displays in Otsuka. The room is located on the 4th floor of a reinforced concrete apartment building. There is parking for one car. You can also use it for long-term stays for business, etc. Group guests are limited to 4 people. If you are staying with your family, we can accommodate up to 5 people. Please ask me. Please be mindful of not having loud conversations or making vibrations late at night. We receive guests and hand over the keys in person. To make your reception smoother, we'll create a guest list in advance I will take it. Once you've booked, please send us your name, address, and occupation by the day before check-in. There is one parking spot provided. *IMPORTANT* If your nationality is not Japanese, you must bring your Zairyu card or Passport.
