The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and a lot of air (4.20 m height), the fully glazed barn gate brings light into the room. Our guests have their own apartment, which is always rented to one party (individuals or families). So they are on their own without other strangers. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs (no lift), but very quiet and with great views of Munot, Rhine and Schaffhausen. The town of Schaffhausen is a 10-minute walk away. Parking for your car will be made available to you by us. Large roof terrace for undisturbed sunbathing.

Beautiful apartment 1 in new wooden house 100m to the lake

In the morning run to the lake in swimsuits and swim a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then spend the day in the beach 2min away. In the evening, stroll into the beautiful old town of Überlingen and end the evening on the terrace. It could look something like this, a holiday in our holiday apartment on Lake Constance.

A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
